Could build an entire XI of academy players. Bausor Aluko - Gray - Wilson-Brown - Ali Braybrooke - Cartwright - Page Evans - Hutchinson - Alves That's assuming Nelson and Monga get sold.

So far this season: We're relegated to League One Coventry promoted to the Prem as Champions What could potentially happen: Forest win Europa League Derby get promoted to the Prem via the play-offs LCFC Women get relegated I guess the main positives would be that those 3 things might not happen?

Veites is on the bench, so don't worry

Worthington Cup Final vs Tranmere in 2000. Was my 6th Birthday, and the game that truly got me into football.

Realistic Managerial Replacements
sporter113 replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
You're right, but it'll kick in when he turns 17 in the summer. He wouldn't be able to join any European clubs until he turned 18. The Fifa rule is you can't go abroad until then. Before Brexit it was possible, as technically other EU countries weren't considered foreign. -
I always defended Stolarcyzk, but if feels like it is time for a change. You'd feel Veites should be a given a chance at some point. Played in the Conference League for Betis last season (they reached the final), so has pedigree. Also is only 1 year older than Jakub, so potentially more of a long-term option than Begovic. The issue is none of us have really seen him play π

The resistable force of Oxford meet the movable object of Leicester City...

Aluko clearly isn't seen as someone who can play the 'Ricardo role' though, that's why he pushes higher up the pitch. That would naturally mean Jordan James (our best player this season) would have to sit in defensive midfield, to allow Aluko to get further forward. Which is why we had Choudhury alongside Skipp yesterday. I'd probably prefer he came in for Thomas at LB, and tucked in as the third CB in possession. Thomas is our weak link, and Aluko should be a massive upgrade.

I dunno. Klopp is available, and Pep is leaving Man City at the end of the season. Failing them, we should go for Zidane before we even consider Enzo.

Imagine if DCL breaks Vardy's record. Would be the shit icing on the vomit cake that is this season π -
Absolute corruption. Offside. Blatant foul before the second. Never a second yellow π‘

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

Could we trigger Jordan James' option this week to get ahead of a potential transfer ban? Other than that, perversely I actually like the idea of a transfer ban. Loads of players out of contract at the end of the season, and we'd be forced to replace them with academy players. The likes of Braybrooke, Alves, Evans, Page, Aluko, etc will all have to be brought into the fold, alongside some others potentially. -
His handling is definitely a weakness. If he could improve it though, he'd be a hell of a keeper.

Could've just promoted him, but instead we'll pay millions of Β£ in compensation to bring him back 6 months later π -
We should definitely be trying different takers. Maybe Fatawu or Winks?

Millwall (A) 15:00 Sat 25th, Pre-Match

I would love us to play that back 3 from the start. Most threatening we'd looked all season going forward. Stolarcyzk Okoli Vestergaard Nelson Fatawu James Winks Monga Ramsey Daka Ayew Evans on the bench, to come on when our strikers inevitably can't score again. -
Better hope they don't ask for ID then π
-
Gotta give credit to Marti. His subs changed the game π We looked dead and buried, going into half-time. Winks (as the 6) and Ricardo must start next game
-
I feel like it's the kind of red, where VAR wouldn't overturn it either way. They would just stick with the ref's decision, whether it was yellow or red.
-
We have seen on at least 3 occasions, Stolarcyzk try to catch a shot. Spill it, and have the opposition score. Man City last season, Huddersfield in the Carabao (when he saved the pen), and today. He just, as you say, needs to push it far wide, instead of trying to catch it.
-
The good thing if he signs for Dortmund is, since Brexit, players have to be 18 before they can sign for a European side. So we would get 2 years out of Monga at least π

It's better to amortise the cost over 3 tweets.
