  1. I don't know what to believe any more.
  2. The irony here being, as we've proven now multiple times, the Premier League doesn't even know their own rules and are willing to break them repeatedly.
  3. (first 5 minutes is about us)
  4. OK. I like that.
  5. If we get a huge deduction we should actually try this approach for a laugh. **** it.
  6. Vardy - Love him, pay him what he wants. Vestergaard - Grateful for this season but not sure he'd cut it in the Prem again, though would be a great squad member. Difficult choice between renewing for similar/less money or paying to find a replacement of quality. Iheanacho - Love ya Kels but it's over. Ndidi - KEEP KEEP KEEP. Albrighton - Thanks for everything Sharky.
  7. Can't believe it's taken this long.
  8. This is why the club said in one of the statements that they wanted to have everything in the open but couldn't. The Premier League have made a rod for their own back with the Everton case - they tried to deduct a full 17 points from Everton and were only able to make 8 stick. They now HAVE TO sanction Manchester City - AND it has to be seen to be harsher than that which they tried to give Everton. They HAVE to expel them from the league. No choice. At all. And that case has to conclude before ours is heard. It is beyond absurd to expect a case to go ahead when the mitigating circumstances in that case are unresolved. It's amazing that in trying to prove they don't need an independent regulator, they've literally proved that they need an independent regulator. They've proved themselves incapable of governing the game fairly, incapable of implementing their own rules fairly, and incapable of holding industrial cheating to account.
  9. You've got feel for Aranguiz. Courted by us all summer in 2015 only to reject us in favour of Leverkusen because he wanted to "fight for titles". Not only do Leicester then go on to win the Premier League , writing quite literally the greatest sporting story ever told, he stays at Leverkusen for 8 years and the season AFTER he leaves them, they then go and win the Bundesliga for the first time in history and creating a similar, though extremely misguided debate about unprededented football acheivements. He's the Chilean Harry Kane, bless him.
  10. Their inability to deal with Manchester City's blatant, industrial-level cheating over a decade has *directly* led to extreme consequences for us. Unequivocally.
  11. Plus, just imagine him scoring the winning goal next season to both keep us up and relegate Everton at the same time.
  12. Honestly, unless we absolutely had to raise the funds and were able to make a profit, I would keep him. He's only 21 and I think he does have potential.
  13. Premier League champion First ever Leicester goalscorer in the Champions League Champions League quarter finalist Helped set a new English football record in the 9-0 FA Cup winner Community Shield winner Europa Conference League semi finalist Championship winner FREE TRANSFER.
  14. Unless he goes there to make sure they get relegated AGAIN
  15. Man City will be expelled soon.
  16. They tried to deduct 17 points from Everton in total which ended up being 8 overall. 12 for the first case but the independent panel gave them 10, which was reduced to 6 on appeal for mitigation. Then demanded 5 points for the second case, which ended up being just 2. With Forest they tried to deduct 6 points, which ended up as 4 thanks to de Marco, which they've appealed and should be hearing about any time soon. This was in the report from the second Everton deduction: In this case, we have read and considered with care the parties’ submissions in this respect, set out above at paragraph 159 above and not repeated here. In our view, many if not most of the criticisms levelled against the Club in this respect by the PL are unwarranted, overstated, or both. In our view, the Club has indeed cooperated with the PL in the presentation of these proceedings according to the Standard Directions (to which the Club consented from the outset) albeit in a manner that protected (quite properly) the interests of the Club. Couple that with how they've behaved with us - 1. trying to fast track our case when those rules came in this season and didn't apply to us as we weren't in their league; 2. trying to hand down the deduction to the EFL so that we get a points deduction this season, which again, is not in their rules and they can't actually do it; 3. sharing confidential club information with the EFL which is against the law. I think they'll try and give us the maximum possible but we'll end up with less than 6 from the panel, which we'll appeal and get reduced again. If they hadn't repeatedly broken their own rules I think the club might have just held their hands up and accepted the punishment. But we're on the warpath now. We'll challenge every single thing the Premier League tries to do against us from now on. And I think we'll win.

  18. Thank you for reminding me that this photo exists: Dyer and Moore's faces of profound disinterest will always amuse me.
