I'm honestly desperate for us to try and win the League Cup this year, for two reasons. 1. Vardy would have quite literally completed football, with winning every domestic trophy in England, played and scored in every European competition, and played in a World Cup semi final for England. 2. It would mean we'd won League One, the Championship, Premier League, FA Cup, Community Shield, the Championship again AND the League Cup since Tottenham last won a trophy. If that's not motivation I don't know what is.

THIS is why Starmer took Elphicke in. Their fans made a big fuss about stadium costs making them fail FFP but IIRC that was Everton's defence whereas the PL said it was on players. After the PL's behaviour however I definitely don't trust that judgement any more.

If they can try and hand a points deduction down to the EFL when there's no rule or precedent to do so, and try to fast track our case when those rules didn't apply to us, it's entirely plausible. In fact, I'd ****ing love it if they did. De Marco would have a field day and we'd be entirely justified in suing them.

Really enjoyed The Fall Guy. Felt like a love letter to proper filmmaking and filmmakers as a whole. Great cast (****ing love Hannah Waddingham) too. Might even see it again.
