  1. No it's an awful take. Absolutely no-one saying this when he saved a record number of shots vs Arsenal and was single handedly keeping scores respectable back in the few weeks. Undeniable whether due to his injury or Ruud's arrival he's not been on top form since the turn of the year but compared to someone like Meslier that shits his pants on every cross he's a world ahead.
  2. Given that we're already the record breakers the situation can't get worse. At least if Saints win it increases the chance we'll be bottom, receive even less cash and have our worst ever season confirmed which is what this season deserves.
  3. So he's worth 6m less than we paid for him and about 60% less than Skipp. Right-ho.
  4. You say lasted in the past tense like the @#£%^& things have ever gone away
  5. Look, playing Bowls with the Rudkins isn't as embarrassing as ......I dunno, being one of the Rudkins.
  6. This time we have no centre forward lower parachute payments less transfer fees to reinvest far more teams challenging And to top all that, the threat of the EFL setting fire to us and using as a bright shiny beacon of what happens when your lawyers take the yellow stuff. But yeah, definitely not as bad as its made out to be 😑
  7. Schools? Anstey Nomads u12 and Kirby Muxloe u8s been given allocations? There will still be gaps round the place and unlike United and Liverpool they won't be filled with half & half scarves.
  8. It's been called far more unpleasant names.....the deadest of dead rubbers. Even Cooper got a win off this lot.
  9. 100% no. My mate tried it on title day for the celebrations and the illuminous gestapo were on him within two pics being taken. If they weren't allowing it on our greatest day you've got no chance now.
  10. Faes. Until that point we'd been doing pretty well at CB. Huth left Maguire came in. Maguire left Fofana in. Then Faes replaced Fofana. There's arguments for Slimani, Bertrand etc but pound for pound he's an absolute downgrade and a total liability. Haven't won at home since he came back in after New Year.
  11. Their wage bill is relatively small but I doubt there's any Chelsea-style creative accounting going on. A club like that has far fewer staff and overheads, the overall set up is smaller. Give their accountants a ring for a breakdown.
  12. Same way Brighton have done it. They'll lose 3 or 4 of that squad for the best part of 200m and only spend 50m on replacements. The same way a certain other club used to finance themselves.....
  13. In all honesty we shouldn't have to petition them. If they were fans, if the club had an actual soul, this would already be in the works. No doubt the FAB will tell them there's no real desire for it.
  14. The odd thing about Dyche is that Moyes has ruined the myth a bit. 6 months ago he was praised for being the only guy capable of keeping that Everton team afloat on this league and what a manager he is.....And then you see what Moyes has done with them and realise he was actually UNDER achieving. Makes you think Burnley should have been top 6
  15. I heard it in the Hero car park before the Project Reset protests and never since. Internal Review You haven't a clue Rudkin and Whelan The problem is you It's simple and effective to mix in with the Rudkin Out chants.
