  5. What's to stop a team absolutely battering the other team's best player?
  6. It also involves commitment, effort and organisation.
  7. You'll be saying Dora the Explorer next.
  8. I'll tell you what the owl has done. It's done a fantastic seagull impersonation! The stand out feature of an owl is of course its tiny red eyes.
  9. The rerolling of dice is quite common in modern games to provide more control and less the pure randomness of a single roll. Older games such as Monopoly you were completely at the mercy of the dice role and just a passenger in many ways. Besides which almost no one I know plays Monopoly properly anyway.
  10. Fixed now.
  11. Stupid clipboard
  12. Rick Stein's Top Five Foodie Cities Leicester at no 4
  13. How can it be a cash grab to pay for one of the best games ever made? Story wise, probably only RDR2 beats it.
  14. I sometimes wonder if the individuals concerned are more seeking notoriety for themselves than for their cause.
  15. I'd feel more sympathy if they targeted art work more significant to their cause. As it is they're essentially vandalising the earnest efforts of some guy with severe mental health issues who died penniless. My guess is they don't actually have a clue. It's quite difficult to think of art that would be fitting. Perhaps Warhol's (ironically) soup cans?
  16. Just Stop Oil deface Two More Van Gogh Paintings in the National Gallery I can t help but think that if they had a car they could deface twice as many paintings, if not more!
  17. And yet hardly a mention of Clive Everton.
  18. I love the way people say "would have". Such a mouthful to replace "had".
  19. The article is saying that these aren't the players he wanted, just what he could get.
  20. Surely it's uniquely British that we measure energy output by how many cups of tea it could make.
  21. Going to be replaced by Morgoth.
  22. I said much earlier this year (pre-election) that the previous government seemed to be deliberately running the country into the ground, knowing that they'd lose the election anyway; with the result being next government has a terrible job doing the hard work that nobody likes, barely getting the country back on its feet (if that) in five years ready for said previous government to take back the reigns in possibly a better position and all the unpopular work having been done.
  23. He said that some philanthropic multi-billionaire should buy LCFC.
  24. By his own declaration he wouldn't come (but he probably would).
  25. Certainly before you get a free Harrods health check.
