I'll tell you what the owl has done. It's done a fantastic seagull impersonation! The stand out feature of an owl is of course its tiny red eyes.

The rerolling of dice is quite common in modern games to provide more control and less the pure randomness of a single roll. Older games such as Monopoly you were completely at the mercy of the dice role and just a passenger in many ways. Besides which almost no one I know plays Monopoly properly anyway.

As it is they're essentially vandalising the earnest efforts of some guy with severe mental health issues who died penniless. My guess is they don't actually have a clue.
