Aha after posting that I thought I should clarify I mean the Pack Horse on Woodhouse Lane (great) and not the Pack Horse next door to Whitelocks (shite). Aha I sort of get it about the Thornbridge gaffs, Market Cat and Bankers look eerily similar but but I think they're quite different to the Colmore in Birmingham which I can't warm to at all. Nice little spread out crawl forming west of the city with the Highland Laddie, Kirkstall Tap, Dave's Pies and The Cardigan Arms (and New George & Kirkstall Bridge Tavern if you venture further away). The Cardigan hands down my favourite in Leeds and it's immediate surroundings, its incredible I don't look like my avatar given the amount of time I spent in it. Showing a few round Sheff pre Christmas and can't bloody wait for it

I dunno man - Pack Horse, Fenton, Duck and Drake, Bankers Cat, The Grove, Adelphi all superb "proper pubs." Wapentake, Brew Society, Friends of Ham, Cross Keys, North, White Cloth Hall, Brunswick all great indies. Brewery Wharf just opened from Five Points / Whitelocks. Got the Victoria reopening on Friday as a joint venture from Five Points / Whitelocks and Kirkstall. There are a lot of prosecco with the girls gaffs and sports bars that smell of frying, but I wouldn't say they dominate
