I think people are overlooking the view that King Power might be struggle to continue as a going concern, if so the club would become pretty cheap quite quickly. As for preference it will just be the highest bidder - I work for private equity and can't see a PE touching it unless it's cheap and the will need a good turn on their investment so that rules them out and even more so with the PSR rules. Genuinely not sure, we are in a unique position
