Birch was well enough to attend games last season so I'm sure he could of attended a funeral.

Sensible move if you haven't got the brainpower or experience to run a large business, shame he doesn't take the same view with LCFC.
-
Buda is fine, Ibiza is punishing though. Closely followed by Palma.
-
Even though Top is the PSC at LCFC, if the new King Power CEO is worth his salt he'll quickly realise any form of money funnelling its way to LCFC is a waste of time and resource and hopefully advise Top to flog it. I realise we aren't being directly bailed out by King Power per se anymore but it will still be linked via sponsorship, and ultimately Top and his families wealth. Be an interesting time if it get's anywhere near insolvency

I'd disagree, plenty of cheap flights knocking about with low cost airlines still. If you are up for some serious punishment board a flight to Ibiza from any UK airport late afternoon or early evening, if I ever went again I would avoid any form of low cost airline as you get all the riff raff on it, not pleasant.
-
You are correct. I think there are 150,000 flights a day and something like 6m passengers travel daily.

Not a chance they will go bust. Their finances are dire but they still make up 40% of the global aerospace market, then add on military and space. If this was the case you would have Airbus effectively operating a monopoly and Comac aren’t off the ground yet (no pun) in China.

First game as a kid, loved FNF -
Congrats on trying to get the topic closed?

Yes seen it - it looks legit and there is a video of him walking around afterwards in a state.

Luckily the guy they interviewed has recalled what happened, so he seems OK by some miracle!

Always thought you are a well rounded poster and contributor. We need more!

Early to speculate but looks from the videos that potentially the flaps aren't deployed. 50 odd brits too apparently.

Devastating, having worked in the industry for nearly 10 years these kind of events make you feel sick

Most clubs know we are desperate for cash so will probably low ball. Gone are the days of getting decent fees - we used to be good at it. Fofana, Maguire, Mahrez. Back then we had good quality saleable assets, now it's like we are opening up on a sunday at the car boot.

I'm not sure Norwich have £5m to spuff on a keeper? Why is everyone saying £5m? We don't want to make the same mistake we made with Iversen, hopefully the club have learnt their lesson, likely not.

Fair point

Ruud wouldn't be able to get Ryan Giggs motivated for a swingers convention let alone this squad which he proved for 6 months+ last season. He can't ''sort the finances'' and these won't be resolved in one season. There have been plenty of staff that havent been up for the struggle and remain at the club, mainly the BoD's and a whole host of playing staff. We need a new manager at the very least, even if it's to get more out of the current roster of players and young talent, Ruud isn't it. It's like getting smacked round then face.....then going hmmmm that was nice do it again please.

99% of stuff is on catch up so recording anything is not needed these days.

I'd love to see the stats of farmer ownership vs other, bet its pretty low
-
My point wasn't really about being insecure, or whether you can afford it, or your height ....more about how naff they are. I presume they break down a lot like the rest of the land rover collection, or get nicked...
-
Hope you're on the money as this could tip @cityfanlee23 over the edge

Sounds like something that would happen in the public sector in the UK

Bravo to whoever is posting using the Foxes Trust account, far more engaging that whoever it was before on here.

FAO any plumbers or DIYers Moved into a house a few months back, noticed all the radiators aren't connect via a traditional copper pipe but have plastic flex which sits under the rads - its a bit unsightly, I think its called a Hep2O system, or a microbore - not really sure. Is it possible to convert back to copper, or hide the plastic flex so it isn't dangling under the radiator? I want to gradually get some feature radiators (hallway, bedrooms, lounge etc) but don't really want a plastic pipe hanging underneath a nice radiator! Cheers
