Excellent stuff. Well written and underlining the frustrations of the fans and the contradictions in the club's stance.

My annoyance is that we are being forced to pay £25 (how was that figure reached, by the way?) to use a card they are choosing to make obsolete for no apparent reason and replace it. If I lose it, break it, move seat etc which physically requires a new one I don't mind paying a charge. In the vast majority of cases, there is no need.

Unless you move seat or change your name, why can't the card you currently have stay with you?

£25 to keep something you've already got.
