Strike!

Cov bastard Clement giving Rodgers the league.
-
Doesn't it cost a lot to install? Given the EFL endlessly bang on about little money their clubs have you would think expensive luxuries wouldn't be considered.
-
Chris Sutton has definitely been dyed in the wool Celtic since birth and not from taking a career step down after ballsing up his big move to Chelsea.
-
He gave a thumbs up to the West Stand before the match.
-
Two massive goals this week.
-
Noise was amazing. I think the fact we were pushing for so long and the lateness contributed. The Wolves winner last season was electric but today beat that.
-
They should have had four more yellows for blatant fouls. Raging today and I don't usually get that worked up.
-
I thought this could be the weekend where things shifted in our favour and it couldn't have been better. Late but enough and just about deserved. At least the last two games can put to bed any argument that this team and manager aren't interested. Great to win and get back to the top.
-
How many Monday Night games is that for us in the last two seasons? 8? Must be the most of anyone.

That penalty delay was ridiculous. Players will complain about a decision if they kick someone's head off usually and Dalot made no reaction. Clear penalty and a pointless meddling.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
Corky replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
I don't think the league was interested in points deductions until the independent regulator was announced. As we have seen, it takes time, money and effort and we won't be sure of final standings until after the season has finished due to appeals. Half the league is only bothered about bringing the cash in every season so they would willingly take points deductions out of the equation if it meant ceding even more power and influence to the elite. -
Do it at the end of the season.
-
We have threads on here with our fans saying we've cheated so hardly anything extraordinary about it.
-
I agree with points deductions for breaches. We deserve it when it arrives. But we now finding that tweaking, ripping up, changing things will either deliberately or unwittingly benefit the richer clubs. A proper wage control measure could help but would never be brought in.
-
Sorry if already posted but heard this the other day and it reminded me of Nationwide Football League Extra in 1997.
-
The problem with the "what would other owners do?" argument is that we are already well into that territory. Points deductions and embargos are imminent. Yes, we could have HAD it worse but the future looks no brighter than those clubs mentioned.

How is there no grace period? Let's say you lose £70 million across two years in the PL then £15 million in the Championship. You have strived to reduce losses from a huge height yet fall foul of rules you have only been in for one year. I don't think you should be free to spend widely but if you try to reduce losses from competing in the PL then you should be exempt for a season. -
Me neither. The Brighton bloke is on TalkSport pretty much every week. We get nothing for nearly a decade.
-
When was the last time anyone spoke publicly, as in there is evidence of them speaking and not just typed statements?
-
Likely to join soon. Will try and tempt family members too. This has made me livid and need to do something.
-
How pointless is the process of the ref going to the monitor? They are basically instructed to give the decision.
-
Exactly. It will take monumental efforts to comply with the rules, points deductions are coming and/ or will continue to hang over us. Our ability to get quality players in will reduce hugely, ditto managers. The longer term effects of this will be massive.
-
I'm sure I just heard "Champions of Europe, you'll never sing that" at West Ham. Where do you even start with that?

Everton's losses were lower because they were able to readjust. Overall their figures are horrendous for the past 5 years.
