Unless these idiots go to funerals and wakes and mock the dead, I don't believe it is anything more sinister than just trying to get a reaction. It isn't funny, it is extremely pathetic but football fans have done it for decades. The whatabottery, you did this! stuff doesn't help. Fanbases are made up of a variety of people who have very different ways of behaving. I don't think our fans are proper Tory anymore than these morons really want to hurt our feelings. Playing him regularly was the worst thing we did. If we had kept him as a back up cup keeper we could have got him out.

Was tempted to put him as the player of 2023. KDH probably is, Winks and Hermansen have been superb and essential but this lad has been great and is adding goals consistently.

Think we will rotate but still fairly strong. Would like to get through and test ourselves against a good but not top PL side, preferably at home.

Rooney was always a crap choice. I don't think Eustace was quite as good as made out but Birmingham should not be 20th. Rooney isn't going to be a top level manager and it made little sense to appoint him.

Starting to turn out as I thought- that our attacking threat would click and we'd rack up goals. Nowhere near our best, looking leggy and not really fitting the changes in but a goal sparked us into life. Great to see Cannon take his chances and gain some confidence.

Barnes was our top scorer. Worst man of the year is Rodgers. Hideous scrote. Thankfully his dark days are gone.
