That Facebook post is the prime example of the zombie fan often mentioned on here. Just follows the club because it is something to do. Results don't matter, the club cannot be criticised, a load of flimsy excuses made, other fans are to blame for something they had nothing to do with (Whelan's departure). I really don't think it is satire. They genuinely believe it.

Yes, we hounded out a CEO by, er, never singing about her. A great CEO so loved by the club there wasn't a single mention of her in the last programme, the first since her departure.

Yes. People booed, chanted for the manager to go (Levein and Kelly being notable examples), threw programmes (or whatever they were) on the pitch when Aston Villa scored loads in no time. Holloway had a go at the fans for making it uncomfortable for the players. Booing is not a new thing. People accepting this rubbish is.

10 wins in 50 league matches. Two of those meaningless after relegation. 28 defeats in the same timeframe. The last 14 months have been truly pitiful.

They've put the dross away recently. They get 2 and 3 up whilst we get one. They are definitely more settled and don't have players with the baggage we have. Not surprised they are challenging. They have a six week run of playing Stoke, West Brom, Middlesbrough, Bristol City and Ipswich coming. Get through that unscathed and I can't see anyone stopping them.

We've done enough title memorabilia without this being required. And as above, this squad in a shirt referencing a league title win would be laughable.
