I was at the infamous Ipswich snow game which should have been called off at 75 minutes and stayed as a 3-0 win to them. The pitch has to be reasonably playable and it looked like it wasn't. 1-0 and a man advantage should see them win but it isn't fully certain. I reckon it will be replayed in full. He just takes too long. Several times he received the ball in large space then slowed the play down or slowed himself down long enough to get caught.
