  1. I know this has been touched on before but this utterly bizarre set up where nobody sits on the front row when certain people aren't there was made even more odd by a load of people sitting in the front row to the left of the aisle. Who were they?
  2. Has more than our strikers combined now.
  3. Two cyclists, one in Charles St and the other on Welford Rd, hurtling through red lights.
  4. Part of the reason I left early today was to avoid these idiots who contribute nothing whilst demanding "we should always back the lads" and again clapping people dragging their club back 20 years.
  5. Put him in the team.
  6. They have won as Premier League home games in the last calendar year as we have.
  7. Thousands of empty seats for each game. Interest in the club waning by the week. A dire squad offering virtually nothing to those who bother to turn up. Now heading towards a far lower league position than when they took over.
  8. Very good at standing around, getting nowhere near the ball.
  9. Absolutely. Even without the points deduction we are heading towards it.
  10. As others have said, the failure to stop Rodgers and his disgraceful mismanagement of the club. They made him bigger than the club and we are still paying the price now.
  11. No surprise the one good season we have had in his time here, he was nowhere near the place.
  12. Great day for those freaks who seem to love applauding the garbage we serve up. For the rest, another bleak home game to add to the collection of the last 15 months. I packed it in early which I almost never do. Another team not having to play out of their skins to get a result against us. The teams below are getting closer and we are getting worse by the week.
  13. He has just got a Premier League job with European football. He hasn't managed in this division for a decade. It wasn't happening.
  14. The 15/16 style was great at the start but we had plenty of fairly dull matches where we struggled to break down or just beat average teams- 0-0 v Bournemouth, 1-1 with Villa and the litany of 1-0 wins. Obviously it got the job done but relied on clinical finishing, a strong defence and luck along the way. I am not denigrating that achievement by the way, before anyone says it. Currently we are hampered by the striking options which slows the plays down and puts too much on the wingers to do virtually everything. We lack numbers in the box and swift interplay.
  15. This hasn't. When all three European competitions had six group games in groups of four, they aligned the dates. Now the Conference League starts later and has different weeks.
  16. You aren't. He is a good player and a good lad. He is one of the few who has turned up this season. But this is just odd, and we have a player still here in Ricardo who has done far more, suffered serious injurias and got none of this. As someone else pointed out, the club has so little to offer now, so few players with any sort of popularity that they are probably trying to gain any crumbs.
  17. It really is unacceptable. If you treat your own domestic version as second rate, it will creep into the international one.
  18. His mate Chappers was there, he was probably trying to have a chat during the game.
  19. Better for matchgoing fans (depending on the kick off time) as there should be public transport on the Saturday.
  20. Plenty of talk about him suiting Wolves or West Ham. They are in too much of a state for him to be interested. He'd want Palace or Bournemouth if their coach leaves. He wants everything set up for him before he arrives. Had it with us and Celtic this time with Postecoglou doing the work.
  21. He's never recovered from leaving Liverpool. That, to him, was his level. Yeah, he is a Celtic fan but they were a chance for some trophies and adulation before getting back to the real big time. We were next, a nice project for a bit before Man United or Arsenal came calling but it never happened. Celtic again for redemption but, again, it just wasn't enough. That statement has done for him. The media mates will wail but most others know who they believe.
  22. Dermot Desmond is getting a telling off from your Merses and Sherwoods.
  23. He gets everything he wants and it is never enough. As soon as it goes wrong he's out blaming everyone else in that veiled way he does. 8 points behind in the league, lost in Europe to some minnows and still his mates defend him.
  24. Some Celtic board member has laid into him in a statement.
  25. Brendan and Bruss dream team.
