Imo there is a difference between saying has to be English or has to have knowledge/experience of England. I wouldn't want someone who has never managed over here tbh. Biggest farce ever is the GK six seconds rule. Honestly it's more like 26 seconds they collect the ball and time waste it with. Refs to blame however. They don't enforce the rules at all
