Boring, dull, nothing upfront. Awful. I'd have savage in charge over this clown -

Thanks for the reply. No I haven't done intervals yet. I think that's what I might have to do next. My longer runs have always been at an average pace really. Fair enough about the weather but I'm also dreading the real hot summer days as that will restrict me to different times of the day when atm I usually run on days off at kat morning times. -

Anyone got any tips on how to achieve a sub 20 mins 5k? I honestly struggle to see how it's possible! My 5k pb is about 21:50 about a month ago. I've not actively tried to beat that due to mainly doing longer distances and probably also thinking it's unachievable atm. Just come back from a light paced 7km. Tried to push at the end to around a 4kmph speed. It's so hard. I can't see how I could maintain that for 5km really. I know I'd have to sit around 4:20 for most part then really push towards the end. Honestly anyone sub 20 mins have my utmost respect! -

Wolves win this now. Ipswich are dog shit. They're no better than us really. Least they're better prepared to bounce back up

Correct. Imo he's almost waiting to get sacked now. Playing that front three week in and week out is a disgrace. I get he's been let down transfer wise and out recruitment is shit. But I've never seen a manger keep opting for the same team and tactics time and time again expecting a different result. Any manager who hasn't scored at home since November deserves to be sacked. I honestly think he's one of the worst managers I've seen. At least try something different formation wise or change that front three. What he's done to Buonanotte is a disgrace too. He's arguably our best player.

Gave my ongoing shin splints a week rest and did 10k today. Pleased because I didn't really set off to do anything more than a decent pace without pushing. Ended up feeling better than I thought with only slight aches in the shins, nothing major. Got a PB of 48 mins which is a minute better than previous record. So I'm happy with that all in all. New shoes probably made a difference too, hopefully £150 worth it long term 😂 Also how good is the weather all of a sudden? 13c outside and absolutely perfect to run in. No more long tops or leggings needed either -

Brooks Glycerin 22 not cheap but thought I'd best fork out as it will probably be worth it. -

Taken a week off running because of shin splints. Will go for a light pace tomorrow see how I feel. Forked out on some pricey running shoes too so hopefully they help the legs as well. Concerned I'll lose fitness if sit about any longer 😂 -
Can't score for toffee. 0-1 loss

He's dog shit. Any half decent lower league manager would at least get us to score once in five home games. He's made us worse defensively and worse up top. Subs and in game decision's shite. Game was crying out for Daka for Vardy, just for some pace and chasing loose balls. We had no outlet at all. Subs were far too late. A draw would be a good result but we didn't manage the game to achieve that, we were going far too gung ho and if we go up in that style against better teams they'll always take the chances more than us -
Perez in front of goal was dog muck. I've not forgiven his blaze over the bar which would have got us a point at Chelsea in the second top four cock up. Couldn't knock his work rate though and he was a victim of being a jack of all trades player and not having a proper position. Could have been utilised better that's for sure. Was a massive waste of money though definitely. Just like nearly all Rodger's signings.

Not a fan. But has happened before. Remember watching season reviews as a kid and Brian Little getting interviewed on his way to the dressing room at HT in one of the Play off finals

Anyone here suffer from shin splints? They're really hampering my running. I thought it was because I've basically done a lot of Kms in a relatively short space of time, but now after speaking to some guys at work I'm not sure if it's my running style and I'm heel striking (as well as the distance). I'm actually going for a gait analysis tomorrow afternoon after workmates recommended it. When I did 5kms all the time, I never got any pain. It's since I've started doing 15km or more, and probably too soon another longer run. For context I've done 15km this morning. It took me the first 7km of absolute agony of shin pain before it subsides and I can run normally at pace. Same the other day when I did a half marathon distance, 7km before painless. I probably need to have a good length of time off really and a rest but then I'll feel a bit bored and lazy frankly. I've tried all the gel or deep heat type stuff. My legs are fine after running and usually the day after, but two or three days later ache and any run is pain until they free themselves up a bit. -
Only just seen this and totally agree. The celebrations of winning a league we should never have been in was embarrassing I thought. The open top bus was cringe af. Would Newcastle or West Ham have one next season if they got relegated this season? That's the equivalent in terms of squad and money/wages spent on our side. I was also fuming we didn't get 100+ points mainly because I was in line to win a fair few hundred in bets I had placed since August. We should have got 110+ points easily really with that team

Still on the train back to Peterborough now. Starting to quickly realise I'm the mug for putting myself through it. Sick of it 😂 have really decided in my head now that I've had enough and will really cut back some of the aways next season, especially in the Champ

Wolves will see this out. 1-0, a result we are incapable of getting until we have Preston at home next season

0-5 Vestergaard and Faes masterclass

Worse performance you have seen

Fulham away first half 2023. This today reminded me of that, the body language and lack of bollocks on the players then and now had/has me thinking we're down -
Players are not good enough. But manager will carry the can for how bad we are at the back right now, we're terrible. Souttar or Nelson wouldn't be this bad. But I don't rate RVN at all tbh, not seeing any real improvement. The time to sack him if ever is now. A two week premier league break now is ideal. Fa cup game is irrelevant and better if we're out of it

Worst centre back partnership I've ever seen today. Dog shit. We will go down because we cannot defend for toffee. One clean sheet all season is a joke and that was lucky af. Ruud hardly done anything to work on the defence. The gamble on him hasn't paid off at all
