  1. This game cannot come soon enough. I trust in Brendan to sort things out and to restore normal service asap.
  2. No way. No point anyway.......no one (apart from Maddison and Chilwell) will pass to him.
  3. Sorry I stand corrected. Apparently the rules for both the FA and Carabao cup state that no player can miss a final because of yellow cards. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/7002974/yellow-red-cards-all-competitions-fa-cup-premier-league-efl-rules/ Go for it Vards!😁
  4. ..and if Vardy gets booked in the 2nd leg he misses the final.
  5. All the seats left in the family section are singles...so even if you bring a minor you'll be sitting apart. Single seats should not have the family restriction.
  6. Perez has been a passenger. Just shadow play..backing off all the time. Bring on Nacho.
  7. Didn't you know???? We're signing Aubameyang in January!
  8. Has anyone noticed the BBCFootball forum podcast disappear from spotify recently? Anyone know the reason for this? I know many on FT are not fans of Stringer and co...but I've enjoyed listening in on the way to work and now all my downloads esp some classic highlight commentaries from matches like Sevilla, and more recently Southampton and Everton are gone. Argghhh!
  9. Ahh..I understand it now... Our brilliant forward thinking manager is preparing Kelechi for a dramatic return against his old club Man City. He's going to be on fire for that one. I can see him make all the headlines after we drub Man City. ...but ok...let's see off Norwich first. Go Kelechi!!
  10. I really hate to say it but they are more than that! Apart from the fan base...they have 8 FA Cups 2 UEFA cups 1 Cup Winners Cup 4 League Cups.
  11. For anyone who needs an instant "fix", download the LCFC BBC radio Leicester podcast on Spotify (or wherever).. I was listening to it in the car on the way to work. The roar when Kelechi's goal was given is priceless. I had goosebumps all over.
  12. I hate to say this, but I think the media would feel easier if a so called 'sleeping giant' challenged the Top 6. By a sleeping giant I mean teams that have had a number of Domestic and European successes in the past and a potentially larger fan base.. (I'm thinking Villa, Leeds, Everton maybe Wolves .......I can't bring myself to mention anyone else) It's our lack of serious trophies (historically) incl FA cup failures and very few European campaigns that always gives us the minnow tag. For the media, It will take a number of years of consistant success in the Premier League and many more "Champions League" campaigns before we have the right to join the elite.
  13. Something like...."The title could be a step too far for Man City now.. but Leicester with their form and no European football could still be contenders....we've seen it before. "
  14. Wonderful stuff! Some people just cannot handle the fact we are a Powerhouse of English football at the moment. I'm going to put it on my favorites and track it all week. When your smiling..
  15. What UTTER nonsense! Luck indeed! Who is this Charlotte Marsh? Does her mother know she's out? Stats say we had 19 shots and 9 on target. Brighton had 7 shots zero on target. Is that luck? VAR was correct in regard to the foul on Gray. Nothing soft about it. It was a clear foul and therefore a penatly. We should have won 5-0 if Perez and Maddison had been more clinical. I think she should have based her 'luck article' on Liverpool, who alway seem to have VAR on their side (Palace goal disallowed) and score scrappy goals in what's becoming known as "Klopp-time". Now that's what I call Luck!
  16. This should be posted in the "do they mean us? " thread as well. I really enjoyed watching this! We have a dream team
  17. Brought a tear to my eye. We've got the best club owners and best club in the world! The bit that I find really exciting is when he says "our work to build on my father’s legacy will continue for a long time". We have so much to look forward to!
  18. Another record broken for me this weekend. That was the number of times I've replayed the highlights of a single match. Must be near 20 now. So that's watching 180 goals. Excuse me while I make that 189. Complete indulgence.
  19. Well as it happens, for me it was when Southampton beat us 0-4 in our last season at Filbert St. As I had moved abroad it was the last time I saw a match at Filbo. Not a great way to end my days at Filbert Street.
  20. Trying not to get ahead of myself here...but when is the draw for the quarter finals? πŸ˜‰
  21. Can I ask? Are anybody else's cheeks (on the face that is) hurting? I haven't stopped smiling since last nights game..and my cheeks are really very sore. (I must have been smiling in my sleep)😁😁😁😁
  22. Me too...in Dublin vs Ireland. ..2001?? I was standing in front row near the centre line...and Jonah Lomu was on the far right..doing the Haka about 10 yards from me in the driving rain. Memorable. Ireland got hammered.. but the hot whiskeys kept our spirits up.πŸ˜‰
  23. 52 years supporting Leicester. Best ever result. I love my club. πŸ₯°πŸ₯° Bring on Palace!
  24. Fair play to the lad
  25. ? I'm nearly sure it was VARlepool 2 - Foxes 1
