  1. Really struggling to understand this mindset - it just seems like bias and emotion rather than logic. The people running our club have failed the club horrifically, it comes across like you're letting them off the hook and blaming the rules (rules which allow clubs to make a £35m loss each year... thirty five million loss) In what world are people upset that rules are trying to prevent us running up massive losses. I just don't understand it.
  2. Well they're still signing 18-22 year olds with high potential so no worries for them there. When they start signing average premier league players on 80-90k a week in their late 20s then they need to start worrying.
  3. I can't see why we didn't want to submit a business plan for the season to the EFL... How is Top not completely p*ssed off that people he trusts are spunking away his families money and making the club worse We're such a weird little club. From fans to the ownership and everything on the pitch. Someone on the inside must be jotting all the down and looking to make a show about the club - it'd put Dream Team to shame.
  4. From what I could gather watching an explanation on the Articles youtube channel. They would also include that years expected salary? So if he was due to earn 40k a week we'd also be able to add 2m to the profit on top of that.
  5. It's really not the rules fault that we paid painfully average players far too much money. The rules didn't make us give Hamza 60k a week. Or Bertrand and Vestergaard 75-85k a week. Don't bloat your squad with overpaid bang average players who have little resale value. If clubs had carte blanche to spend what we want - newsflash - we would still be nowhere near. Not only that, but the biggest clubs would just overinflate the market even further. Then it wouldn't be long before I have read people justifying squad players earning 200k a week. Mad that we were a gnats knacker from signing Jack Harrison on another 100k a week last winter There is plenty of money to spend - we've spent it incredibly poorly and not even come close to having a half decent disaster plan. On your your last point - top definitely falls under the latter. I just find it very weird that you don't seem to want to hold anyone accountable and it's all the fault of the big mean leagues and their rules.
  6. Have I stumbled onto Facebook?
  7. Mads -6 Mavididi - 6 Coady - 8 Winks - 10 Cannon - 8 Any others? Assume we've paid some kind of fee for Doyle, Casadei, Yunus and Fatawu as well.
  8. £206m £4m a week being spent Christ.
  9. Even when teams have sat deep - if there's only a goal in it, you'd see teams attacking us in the last 15-20 minutes. Lots of balls going into the box and all. Norwich didn't seem to have any interest in all at trying to score an equaliser, it was weird. Even the commentators were perplexed at it.

A good way to decide if a player is decent or not is asking yourself "are you worried if someone is gonna come in and buy him from us?" He's got a cute smile and he runs, but he's an absolute car crash with the ball. It's a shame as I really wanted him to do well and become our main striker,, but in all honestly we'd be lucky to get £15m for him. I'm old fashioned but I do like my strikers to be able to kick the football with a degree of technique and power.
  11. Wagner must have sent them out to conserve energy and hope to shithouse a draw. Woeful from them. Glad we could take advantage and hopefully provides a confidence boost for fans and players. Important not to get too carried away and think were back as well, as that was a very lethargic Norwich team that barely tried to attack Good to see Wilf getting fitter as well and having Ricardo back is a lift. Thought Vesty was lucky to escape a red when he dragged down Sargent on the half way line. Thankfully the ref decided it was Sargent doing the fouling for some reason haha.
  12. Had a dream we were 2-0 down at half time. Although, the game was also at Carrow Road - so i wouldn't be reading too much into it Just hoping to see a cohesive defensive performance and us putting Norwich under sustained pressure rather than relying on slow paced attacks to come off.
  13. That man City v arsenal game must statistically be one of the worst games the league has ever had?
  14. Draw a fair result, candidate for fight of the year. Both filters could barely stand up by the end, pair of warriors. Boxing is alive and there are so many good fights lined up in the next few months!
  15. I hope not. Man City and Arsenal having managers that hate risk is bad enough. The top 3 clubs all being risk averse machines would kill any enjoyment.
  16. Pair of footballing terrorists these 2. Possession fiends
  17. I voted for Ollerton cus this seemed pathetic. Voting for exposure. YouTube lads trying to kill non league as well
  18. I bet he wishes he had half the finishing ability of Kevin Phillips. Mixed with that Stocksbridge spunk he would have bagged 30 or 40 a season like Kane Not many prem strikers are afforded the chance of playing almost 90 mins per game
  19. He's clearly not going to change, so we've just got to hope that we can Man U our way. Even playing our tepid painfully awful brand of football, chances still fall our way. The fact our games are becoming 50/50 is the awful part. We put absolutely no sustained pressure on opponents unless they decide to sit back, even then we spend half the time passing across the half way line. People going "ohh we created a couple of chances" - well of course we did, we're man for man a much better team and have triple/quadruple the budget of half the teams in this league. That's not Enzo - that's just having better players, despite them being hamstrung and asked to play a negative style of football. Increased tempo and width are 2 things that I'd want someone to introduce - put other teams on the backfoot.
  20. We've created 1 good chance and Bristol have tried to gift us one. Bristol City had a couple of good chances their own as well as 2 decent pen shouts. If we're relying on 1 or 2 chances then that is absolutely a tactical issue, especially when we're giving the opposition the same chances.
  21. Especially as they've got Edwards back at the club. The perfect man behind the scenes for their rebuild.
  22. Leeds have absolutely cacked themselves tonight. Good to see that its not just us affected by pressure. Can the two of us blow it and let Southampton in
  23. Hermansen/Stolarczyk Ricardo/Justin Faes/Coady Vestergaard/Souttar Kristiansen/Justin Fatawu/Albrighton Winks/Hamza KDH/Ndidi Mavididi/Marcal Kelechi/Cannon Daka/vardy Feels like a squad thats plenty capable to me. If he chooses to stifle it with a system that doesn't suit most of the players then that is really on him id say yeah.
  24. Probably doesn't help that he has to spend half his time explaining to Hamza how to do his job
