Yep, shame we’ve not got Fatawu running at Young. Mykolenko was due to play, they’ve had a sickness bug going through the squad so Cooper may have expected Young to play on the right / not to start.

On a positive note we do have a couple of players we are likely to make a reasonable PSR profit on at the end of this season and so you’d think we can get out the cycle of points deductions we’d have been trapped in if we hadn’t come up. Plenty of decent quality youngsters coming through for the next season or two as well … just may be they get their breakthrough season back in the champ.

I felt the players were hamstrung by how we were set up today, so defensive and absolutely no movement from the forward players we did have because Villa could double up on them so easily. Really like the effort the players are putting in. Really dislike how cooper is setting us up, almost blind hope we get to an hour in with limited damage. If that’s the formula for the season it’s going to be excruciating
