  1. Purely speculation, but Winks could be one of the bad apples. Loved Enzo, clearly hated Cooper, was one of the group with the sign, and is being subbed after 60 mins constantly.

CENTRE BACK JUMA BAH RAH RAH RAH RAH THERE YOU ARE
  3. Might be the only way we get the development pathway some of us have been wanting.
  4. When the opposition know the overlapping fullback has absolutely 0 end product, it does not create the overlap, and creates space for the counter.
  5. Build Mads a statue. Without him at the start of the year, we wouldn’t have any points.
  6. **** it. Expect nothing attacking wise anyway from our fullbacks. Wingers providing nowt. Don’t even bother. Stol Faes Okoli Coady VK Winks Soumare Facundo BEK Daka Vardy If he’s available, Ndidi in for Vardy, 4-3-2-1.
  7. 2. It would signal that Top has finally put his big boy pants on. As good as a sale.
  8. New FT copypasta unlocked
  9. 6 defeats in a row. 4 of them to Liverpool, Man City, Newcastle and Villa. Top 7 teams. Wolves was absolutely a debacle. We played well tonight, that wasn’t a fair scoreline. 21 shots, only four on target.
  10. I don’t think a manager change solves anything. This is a better team offensively than under Cooper, and about the same defensively.
  11. If Vardy had slotted one no one would be talking about his age. He’s been really good link up play wise, but finishing is completely off.
  12. Brilliant from Mav
  13. Love how Ruud was just talking to JJ. First time I’ve seen belief in his eyes 😂
  14. Don’t mind these recalls. Had a taste of senior football and not cut the mustard like they thought they would. Come back, get in front of RVN and prove a point.
  15. Gotcha. I think the fact that we’re even paying £2m for Woyo is enough of a FFP bonus for them.
  16. PSR rules are Premier League/EFL.
  17. I’d take Pearson in as DOF in a heartbeat. Not because he’s the best man for the job. Not because of his links to the club. Because the man knows how to set up a team around him to function well. A “whole of club” approach that has been weathered away post title win. Now obviously he won’t want the stress of day to day managing the club top to bottom. A consultancy role with the ability to conduct meaningful change would do me lovely.
  18. I would expect our outgoings to be June transfers to be replaced in the next PSR period.
  19. Just thought I’d get in early.
  20. It’s all coming from a statement from the PL sent to journos.
  21. For those that haven’t read it The Premier League has not charged any clubs for breaches of Profitability and Sustainability Rules last season however Leicester City remain at risk pending the outcome of their ongoing legal case. The club are still involved in a legal dispute with the league over its jurisdiction relating to the 2022-23 season and that has to reach a conclusion before any new charges can be brought. Leicester won the initial case in September but the league has appealed. All other top-flight clubs have been declared to be compliant after submitting their 2023-24 accounts before the December 31 deadline. The Premier League said in a statement: “Issues as to the jurisdiction of the Premier League over Leicester City Football Club in relation to PSR compliance are currently the subject of confidential arbitration proceedings. “Accordingly, neither the league nor the club will make any further comment at this stage about any aspect of the club’s compliance or otherwise with any of the PSR or related rules, save to say that no complaint has been brought against Leicester by the league for any breach of the PSRs for the period ending Season 2023-24.”
  22. Kisnorbo used to live in Melbourne. Obviously not whilst he was playing for Leicester, that’d be silly.

Couldn’t have said it better Ric. It starts with trusting your younger players to fill the holes of the “experienced” reserve players. Being scared of them failing and missing out on opportunities is rational, but is BDCR winning us points? I have no issues with players like Hamza and Thomas still being here, they never cost us anything and are back ups, and if we get a fiver for them it’s profit. This summers philosophy of experienced players may actually set us back years on missed opportunities because we’re benching BDCR and Ayew instead of Alves, Evans etc
