yea, the actual details should have been communicated out by now. I get the whole "want to keep the club in the dark" stuff but let's be honest, they do have an eye on here, they'll know about it if not the details and will have already coordinated with the police to shut it down in accordance with the new anti protesting laws passed by the tories the other year.

don't remember it with mahrez but definitely with gray. seem to remember the argument being that it worked for Henry so why not try it, but there's a reason the prime example of a winger converting to a forward is 2 decades old
-
daka, vardy and Eduoard so you can see why we're not playing any 2 up top formation. Eduoard is clearly Elvis Hammond (Ankle) levels of shit so isn't involved and then the other option is something like Mavididi up front, which is giving the same energy as when Puel tried to make Demarai Grey a striker.

wasn't that behind closed doors? the official attendance for the game is 0.

just spend it challenging each other to make haikus to describe a former city player and the others have to guess who it is -
because it's hard to stop the big six poaching your scholars. at his age he couldn't have signed a contract with us so we had no control
-
it's wolves, their star player has committed assault on the pitch before, so no doubt he's their best prospect.
-
can he play up front?
-
yes, but he's not a youth teamer, he's a first team squad member. We've got 14 games left to save ourselves in what is a 1 from 3 stay up scenario. we've got to target wolves, Ipswich and Southampton as must wins, realistically we'll need at least one other in there, of which you'd look at Brentford. that gets us to 29, you'd be looking for another win and a couple of draws, or 5 draws, to hit 34 which should be enough. We're looking at a realistically needing points from 7 to 9 of our last 14 games, it's unlikely one of those will be arsenal however we don't have the luxury of writing that game off before a ball is kicked, so we need to play our best first team we can
-
as we all know, anything that's changed about football from when you started going as a child is woke nonsense and the game gone, so no.
-
the latter, it's "why didn't you come, why didn't you sell us your ticket back for us to make more money?". I'm getting emails reminding me I can sell my ticket for arsenal, because they don't want legacy fans there, we hold season tickets cheaper than tickets on a single match basis and don't spend tons in the concourses and fanstore.
-
it should, but it isn't currently, and it will harm the England national team in the long run. Allow constant poaching and clubs getting maybe a couple of million for players that would be worth far more and clubs will start to do the calculations on whether it's actually worth having an academy (Brentford have already done this). if a significant chunk come up with "no it isn't worth it" then how many players fall through the gaps?
-
honestly the simplest partial solution is to make the international rules apply domestically as well. Monga cannot sign for the real Madrid academy unless his parents are moving to Madrid for non footballing reasons, apply that domestically, because currently we're talking about the combined effect of PSR creating existential crises for many clubs - to manage in PSR clubs without major commerical incomes (aka the greedy six) have to make a habit of buying low and selling high or developing youth talent to sell; and the latter becomes less and less viable if the greedy six can poach whoever they like from an academy and pay maybe a 10th of the fee they'd be expected after a couple of years in the first team.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

We looked fine for large parts, but clearly lacking in squad depth. Bit concerned that his tactics stayed the same once wilf went off despite how porous we are with Winks. We need massive surgery on the squad to play this way, and that's apparently not happening with the way the board are currently. -
it's an absolutely perfect offside trap, come off it.
-
Midfield has to be wilf-Soumare-BEK going forward, and needs to be Okoli + one other in defence. Don't think we looked threatened until Wilf went off.

it is a good defensive line held by us, can't really blame us for the linesman clocking off early.
-
Gonna be honest, the lino not flagging the most obvious offside you'll ever see does make me think there might be a bit of match fixing in english football
-
all comes from winks ****ing up a two yard pass to concede possession
-
Daka injured...
-
for a guy who can supposedly hold it up and relieve pressure, Ayew gives it away a lot.
-
makes sense really, we're struggling with Garnacho v JJ, need support there and McAteer is pretty defensive (honestly more a wingback than winger)
