I wonder if that was his last ever game as a manager. With an international break coming he might just call it a day, why wait a couple of months. He's unemployable after this. Regardless of how dreadful those above him are (and they really, really are) he's quite frankly as bad a manager as I've seen. Just hopelessly out of his depth.

How far down the 92 do you have to go to find a team who would score just 4 goals in 14 games at this level? Obviously exclude the extraordinary case of Van Nistelrooy's Leicester. How many do Preston get? Leyton Orient? Northampton? What about Carlisle?

The hardest part to take is the meek tolerance of it all from 99% of our fans. There should be scenes like the below at our ground now and I'm not joking either: At least with that sort of thing, you feel a bit of a sense that things are moving. This just feels like a perpetual black hole which you can't ever get out of. We're being completely embarrassed, humiliated week in, week out and nobody seems to be that bothered by it. In-fact plenty seem more bothered at the few who do seem to want something done about it. I really think this has got to be pound for pound our worst ever team, and there's a real case there hasn't been one worse in the Premier League either. I meant at least Derby's side weren't paid as if they were a midtable team. 13 losses in 14 games. 4 goals in said 14 games. This is truly one of the worst sides to ever play at this level. It's extraordinary and hit a point where it's actually fascinating to see quite how bad it can actually get.

The most expensive to leave the Danish league directly, have there been more then?

Most annoying about this one is I've been championing the idea of signing players from places like Denmark. I mean it's worked with Hermansen but Kristiansen is the most expensive player to ever leave the Danish league. We overpaid, spent weeks getting what should've been a straight forward deal done and he's turned out rubbish as well. He's been a massive letdown for me. I thought he'd be a lot better.

There's a lot of cope about Forest (which I do understand obviously), Marinakis is a mad bastard but he's single minded in trying to be the best. I'm not convinced they'll win anything but I think they'll utilise their position of strength a lot better than we did. I am just glad we did convert it into silverware. EDIT: That reads massively contradictory. What I mean is I can't see them having a summer as terrible as we did after winning the league. They will bring in a higher calibre of player. You can see them getting someone like Cunha. It's mad to think back then we probably had the power to sign Van Dijk, Mane, Salah.

I don't think we'll go down again but I can see us becoming like a Norwich type. You never know though. We've not performed close to our potential in a season for years now. It's a deep rooted rot. It doesn't keep happening by accident.

Liverpool fans already asking about buying home end tickets against us. Got to remember they never got to witness the title in 2020.

At least Aiyawatt throwing his weight behind this one publicly is a small bit of positive to take. The fact it's gone this spectacularly badly (even I didn't think he could get it this wrong) means he has absolutely nowhere to hide anymore. Will try of course though.

It's everything I expected. Half arsed, won't really achieve a great deal and came absolutely years after it should've happened anyway to the point I've basically lost interest in it. Pyrrhic victory. They've conceded virtually nothing but can say they have. It couldn't have gone more how I expected.

He wasn't 'that' amazing last season. Good on the ball but circumstances couldn't have suited him any more. Got booked something like 13 times and that isn't because he plays on the edge. I'd love him out the door but absolutely no chance. No other club is this dumb.

I've thought ever since he left Wolves Gary O'Neil would end up here. Ticks the boxes - known to the ownership and readily available.

It's an absolute shambles but ultimately a reflection on those who constructed it. They've made just about every error imaginable, fallen into every single pitfall and trap. They've managed to acquire a squad of poor sell on value, paid a premium for intangibles, have recruited with a short term view yet will fall short of their short term arms quite significantly. It's the sort of thing that makes you feel like you could still make it in the game in some form. I honestly think there are people on here who couldn't have done a worse job of it. You can't even get excited about a potential refresh in the Championship because I bet at least 8 of our XI on the opening day of next season was here this year.

They pulled a lot of this sort of shit the last time we got relegated too. Started with that ridiculous ID checking at away games - like they weren't enough of a faff for people with the shit being served up.

Huge culture of delusion at this club.

I reckon we've got the highest percentage of drivers in our away ends of virtually anybody. Not a criticism but more observation = but definitely means more sober ends.

I thought this was especially true of Hull last season - a fanbase I've never rated who've really picked up a bit.
