Southampton aren't a fanbase I come across often but one of them liked a tweet of mine so out of interest I had a scroll down their timeline. It was hilarious in its similarity. It's neither crap manager, it's the board. "The fans will still clap them off" etc... eerie similarities. We've fallen further as we were higher to begin with but Southampton's decline is mental and doesn't get enough coverage either. But again, like us, they make nowhere near enough of a fuss. It's outrageous how bad they've become.

I think it was as near to a given as possible last time out but this is a substantially poorer team than last time, that is going to probably get worse, that has been in appalling form for literally a year now. Don't forget we lost 6 of our last 12 at the end of the last Championship season. Will be quite heavily contingent on how we recruit, which was a big part of it last time. People point to Sheffield United but they have really overhauled their side with a manager who knows what he's doing. I'd have no confidence in our twats managing that. There isn't a single bit of nous at this club if the points about this all catching them by surprise is anything to go by. A club in total fantasy land.

I think we were better under Cooper because he actually didn't try and put in any structure as strange as it sounds. I think we were acting more on instinct and just chancing it on the randomness of games. It's never a long term plan but maybe in the long run that would've yielded the odd result a bit more often. My sympathy for him is massively suspended because his recruitment was appalling and totally irresponsible given the financial constraints we've found ourselves under. How it was allowed is beyond me. Van Nistelrooy has managed the worst of both worlds - he's kept us just as disorganised at the back while totally stifling our ability to score goals. I think he's been completely stitched up but as I feared when he was appointed, the entire thing has been one massive false start and it's never going to recover. He came close to matching our alltime losing run last time with 7. I think he goes one better this time. Not a chance this side gets a point until Wolves, probably Southampton. Other teams may as well rest players.

In hindsight he should've definitely retired in the summer. Now he's going to go out with a 6-0 loss at Bournemouth playing in one of the worst sides in the leagues history. Absolute disgrace - but to be expected under this lot. You only have to remember the Schmeichel departure.

Think people are aware of my ban situation but I can hand on my heart say if I was able to go to home games at the minute I wouldn't be. I actually feel sorry for people in the pub pre-match when they're having to leave and go to the ground while I can just sit there and do what I please - and I'm the one not having to pay for it. I came very close after the Plymouth away loss last season to just sacking the rest off but I did end up going to the West Brom game - but I was getting there. If I could go to home games at the minute I wouldn't. The away games are only worth it for the trips and drinking in another city as well. Getting the perks without having to suffer the dross that comes with it. I'd recommend it.

I want someone like Dennis Wise on a 3 month deal. I cannot stand the idea of inflicting this disgusting mess on good people who've done the club well (Pearson, King etc...) so lets stick it on someone despicable and watch the house fire burn them with it. Lets at least channel this properly.

West Ham have been rubbish this season. Loads of money squandered, one terrible managerial appointment and another where I'm yet to be convinced. Loads of goals conceded, frequently on the end of heavy beatings. With that all in mind - 3-0 West Ham.

There are other clubs that would be able to perform this radical overhaul. We will half arse it as ever because we employ incompetent fools at every level. I want a minimum 15 gone in the summer. But it'll be less than half of that.

They're part of it - we should do something completely radical in the summer and get rid of the lot of them. I don't want anyone associated with this era (which must end in 2025) as a part of the future. Set a standard that this shit won't be tolerated.

That first half I think is the single worst half I have ever seen from a Leicester team. Worse than Portsmouth 6-1. Worse than Barnsley 2-0. Worse than Bournemouth 4-1.
