  1. Saw big Mike Skinner the night after in Brum, was great as always. He's become a master at crowd control. Amazes me how he seamlessly goes from chatting to the crowd then straight into the next bar. He doesn't miss a beat.
  2. I don't know to be honest. I saw Liam at Knebworth and the crowd was mostly great. A really mixed one too, with all ages there and enjoying it.
  3. Yeh as poor as we were, this was easily our biggest issue.
  4. I agree and do think he'll go more conservative than most of us would like.
  5. Yeh two smart signings there. Can't believe it looks like they've got Anderson from Palace - seems a strange move.
  6. Ha that was me. I thought it had potential too. Makes more sense now too with the contract extension.
  7. Keep seeing people say they reckon Vardy will start, is it wishful thinking or am I missing something?
  8. Old Second Division
  9. "He walks on water, he walks on watterrrr, Adam Hlozek, he walks on water!"
  10. Completely agree, we need some arrogance. Someone who, when we're playing poorly and struggling will demand the ball and try and make things happen.
  11. Villa have just done this too. Digital as standard or £20 for a physical card.
  12. Just finished Nia Archives' set too - smashed it!
  13. I know the line-up wasn't brilliantly received this year but there's been some great performances. Mike Skinner was on top top form, amazing set. Kasabian, The National, Little Simz, Fontaine's, Yard Act, Idles, Disclosure all looked brilliant.
  14. "Can't afford it, don't go...."
  15. Why would he be lucky to manage us? If I had his managerial talent I wouldn't touch us with a barge pole. We lied to our last 2 managers just to get them through the door.
  16. 1. Let slip 2. World Famous City 3. Vards Honourable mention for the BLUES scarf one, which was a really creative idea. It maybe doesn't quite come across in the photos. There's also been some great ones just in the section, like the Albrighton one, When you're Smiling and the FA Cup. Looking forward to seeing more next season.
  17. It was called "Fosse Gold" when it came out of I remember right?
  18. Miles bigger and better. I still think he's underappreciated by some. A generational talent that has decided to stay with us his whole professional career.
  19. I want him to stay purely because he has more vision and focus than any other decision maker at the club. I actually quite like the football, but even if you don't, at the very least, he has a plan.
  20. The best ever for me. Absolutely superb. Huge well done to all involved, sounded like a big effort.
  21. Still not good enough and an incredibly transparent, jargon filled, overly engineered and corporate statement from the club, again. However, on a positive note, genuinely great to see these 3 supporter groups coming together, communicating with the club and holding them to account. Although there's only been some small concessions, these small wins are important and retains belief in the power we have as supporters.
  22. Ah brilliant, it's an amazing City. If you want any pub recommendations let me know and will send you some so I don't clog up the thread. Although mostly just avoid Temple Bar!
  23. Wolverhampton for me. I did the Dublin date on their last tour. Absolutely brilliant few days. Have a great time.
  24. What a band! Didn't know they were touring, going to have a look.
