Going to be in Warsaw over the weekend of their League Cup Final, so tempted to go. It's at the National Stadium. Any advice on attending games over in Poland, buying tickets etc

Ah used to go there myself! Great times. But no, that is also now an 02 venue. The 02 Institute, as opposed to the Birmingham 02 Academy you've probably been. The institute is better in my opinion although it's a low bar. But The Crossing is just along the high street from the Institute/Sanctuary.

Have you been to the Crossing before? A great little venue. I know Brum doesn't have a great rep in this thread but we're starting to get a decent set of small to medium venues. Hope you enjoy!

Group of six of us who are just a few rows in front of the safe standing. 1. If we stay where we are, it's likely that they'll clamp down on standing outside of the safe standing isn't it? 2. I know the limit for the ballot is 4. If we were to apply as a 4 and a 2 and were both successful, would we be able to move as a six? Will probably impact whether we renew or not. Cheers!

Read this earlier this year too, really great book. Loved the very two clear distinct parts to the book. You might like, Close to Home by Michael Magee. It felt a similar kind of read to me.

Interesting, I genuinely think the opposite. I know other fans aren't our main audience with this banner, but I'd wager less than 10% of football fans in this country know who "Top" is, especially in the play on words context here. Yet majority will know who King Power are. With "King Power Out", the message is incredibly clear, shows how disillusioned the fans (that are behind the banner) are with the Club/ownership and will provoke discussion.

Agreed, King Power Out, would be my vote.

I'm really torn on whether to renew my season ticket and continue to not turn up, or just not to renew at all.

Thought this was excellent. A really difficult watch, but very well done. I'm a bit of a sucker for the long continuous takes as well, always love when films and tv shows try that. It adds to the realness of it I think. To shoot an entire episode in one take is incredible. Pretty heavy watch though, had to have a break after each one.

I second the shout on Sintra, fantastic place. Use the trams, good fun and get you around the place well. I'd do the TimeOut Market just to sample it but in my opinion you get much better food elsewhere.

I presume your straight jacket and post-match padded cell comes with the price? Clinically insane if you pay that.

It would be nice to think that we can have this peaceful, much needed, protest outside the ground against the board/KP, and then really ramp up the support inside the ground for the team and Ruud to show that we are backing the team. So hopefully those calling just to back the team are nice and vocal inside the ground.

It's not about commitment though, it's about having competent people in important roles. Agree there needs to be a clear message though and it should be more than just Rudkin Out.

We're a bit like when you're having a sh*t and you pull on the bog roll to get a strip of paper, but you pull too hard and the whole roll comes off, falls on the floor and rolls across the other side of the bathroom. So you're left with just a tiny bit of paper to wipe your arse with.

I think this is the way personally. We'll never get enough people chanting anything anti-Top and the Rudkin stuff just won't cause enough of a stir as others have said. Whereas a banner can be photographed and shared and seen by the right people. Or just don't turn up of course.

Because any profit we get all goes into this financial year, but anything we spend can be split across the entire length of the contract of whoever we sign. Hence Chelsea dishing out 8 year contracts.

Not really. Used to be the Witton Arms but they've redone it and is largely home fans now. Id suggest just drinking in the City Centre and then jump on the train for kick off. The Colmore The Shakespeare Head of Steam Wellington Post Office Vaults All decent options for beer and within 5/10mins of New St.

A third nod for the Prada. I don't often wear it unless it's a bit of an occasion but it ls really nice. Long lasting without being overpowering.
