I get the point but have a bit of sympathy in the CDM positions. We have Winks (checked-out) and Soumare (jogging back to fitness) as the other “first team” options and his hands seemingly tied on the transfer front. Not sure of his natural position but could’ve had Page a bit deeper I guess but other than that we’re desparately short there.

The only thing I’d say on the roundtable is the actual event can take 2-3hrs. We then get a heavily edited version that may not even be shown chronologically. So it’s hard to judge how the real conversation has gone and to what extent people are easily swayed.

I’m mildly ashamed to say on a football forum… but given the choice of going Citeh or watching the Traitors it’s the latter and it’s not even close! Great tv.

He’s pretty limited but don’t think I’d even have him in the Top10.

Not the player he was, but still probably my favourite player in our squad so I’m deaf to any criticism of him! Don’t know if it’s his legs or the tactics but there seems to be a distinct lack of him attacking recently. Pre-season he’d be right up there supporting the winger almost in a wide #10 position at times. Distinctly remember a couple of times vs WBA he’d bring it forward, pass to Abdul then almost stop. Our left back tends to do the same so assume it’s tactical to avoid a counter but it’s killing our wingers as it leaves them isolated and one on two at times.

Nobody really has a clue what’s going on, yet people are still voting. Very reminiscent of Brexit really.

Not seen the stats for squad rotation over the Xmas period, but I bet a few of those players have played most games.
