He's surrounded by Reid and Ayew, with better players around him and I'm sure he'd have a better return.
-
Stansfield has a bit of Vardy about him
-
Before signing for us he'd just spent the season in the worst Sampdoria team of all time who were relegated finishing rock bottom, he's been on the decline for a while. Fed up of saying we have to get back to signing players on the up
-
I like to think of it this way, would we get promoted with Ayew and Reid on the wings? 100% not, but we play them in the PL together. We're on a road to nowhere - mid table of the championship
-
Thought he just towed the line, I turned off when he started harping on about how well Reid and Daka played ? co-commentator needs to be a former player that has an affinity to the club and cares

Manager doesn't seem to think outside the box. Won't change formation, we sign one player but won't try him ahead of Justin either, ok but you can move Justin to left back where he's performed better for us in the past and play Coulibaly at right back. There's two fairly attacking full backs there. You can play El Khannous off the left, McAteer as a 10, Buonanotte on the right. There's your wingers you want to drift inside instead of old men doing it who've never been anything. Instead we line up with Thomas/Reid on the left and Justin/Ayew on the right and two DM's. Completely devoid of anything to excite.
-
Doesn't matter at least he plays some games for better judgement, last thing we want is the club going into next season thinking McAteer will be good enough to help us back up.
-
I remember an interview last season where he mentioned the first thing he does after a match is check his passing stats
-
Scouted? He's with the same agents as Tielemans and that seems to be the Rudkin way. They don't have many players but just so happens there are two OH Leuven players on there too https://www.claesagency.com/en/athletes

Dyche loves nothing more than a flat back four of centre backs, with many defensive midfielders -

You think its bad now, that would be it for me. Here's your first Dyche line up Faes Coady (c) Vestergaard Okoli Soumare Ndidi Reid Ayew Vardy McAteer -
3421 is the formation, it removes the wingers as we have none able to play well, gets El Khannous and Buonanotte as the two behind a striker which is our only hope to win games. I'd put Justin as a right sided centre back for added pace, and Coulibaly as right wing back.

Everton 4-0 LCFC, post match thread

There's not another team as stupid as us. - Soumare cannot play in a midfield two. I'm not sure how much more proof is needed, maybe a second relegation will knock some sense into them. He doesn't have any positional sense or tracking ability. He spent a year on loan after we got relegated trying this, then after promotion he's walked back in and we're doing the same again for another relegation. - Kristensen was a mess in the second half of the relegation season. We sent him out on loan, whilst we gained promotion and he's walked back in like Soumare did to be part of another diabolical defence and relegation. - Danny Ward, as above spends a year out of favour, comes back into the equation in the PL. Starts the biggest game of the season, calamities happen. - Vestergaard has spent years out of favour whilst we were in the PL, we couldn't shift him for love nor money. A year in the championship under Enzo and we're waving another 3 year contract, despite the glaringly obvious signs he's not going to cut it in the PL. And then add the garbage we've gone and bought in the summer and a front three of old men. Heads in the sand running the show. -
We've been here before
-
Just start Monga, at 15 he's still better than all our options on the wing. We're going to lose either way, and you never know it might convince him to stay
-
Line up like this and you get what you deserve, if Spurs weren't such a mess that would have gone like this also. Our front 3 is pathetic and offers zero threat
-
Will probably be able to replicate his cup form against the fodder up there
-
Lamptey has been poor, probably be subbed and half time and flogged by Monday now
-
One good season in the championship at 29 years old
-
Solskjær recently been appointed at Besiktas also, there's the connection with Ruud 😔
-
Oxlade-Chamberlain is the Lallana (Southampton) and Philips (Ipswich) that has done nothing for those two teams and another sign we'd still somehow incredibly learnt nothing.
-
I thought it's worth keeping him in for Everton and Arsenal considering this
