Foxes1 Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 Can we repeat it this season. So here were are going into the last game of the 1990/91 Season and the mighty Oxford United roll up at Filbo on May 11th 1991 hoping to put a damper on our post match pitch invasion. As is usual in those days as they are now (Altough its now mobile phones and the internet) fans nervously listened to their radios to see how our rivals for the last relegation spot West Brom playing at the Memorial Ground (Or was it Eastville then) were getting on against Bristol Rovers. It was left to good old Tony James (God bless him) to secure our place in the 2nd Division for the 1991/92 season and stop us falling into the third tier of English football for the first time in our history. So the great escape has happened once now lets hope it will happen again and if it does who will be our hero on the last day v QPR
Aus Fox Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 Step forward Riche De Laet with a 92nd minute wonder goal!
shailen Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 Paul konchesky bicycle kick to send Qpr down and we stay in the league
Westerby Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 Where can we find 8 more Oxfords for this season then.
Callabinho Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 It will clearly be a Cambiasso volley. Limbs everywhere.

Bettsj2 Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 Christ that video brought back some memories. Not least that even at 9 years old I could see that Ricky Hill was shit.
Foxes1 Posted 6 April 2015 Author Posted 6 April 2015 Portsmouth at home attendance 10500. Also I remember the Hare Krishna guys at Portman Road that day was absolute carnage.
Foxhateram Posted 6 April 2015 Posted 6 April 2015 Some amazing saves in that video. Keepers were awesome back then!
foxoffderby Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 I was in pen 3 the day tony James scored one of the best footballing days of my life
bovril Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 Christ and I thought our defending was bad this year. Kevin Russell could really take a corner.
