Carl the Llama Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 Yep unfortunately the writing appears to be on the wall for this one. Shame as it would have been nice for Newcastle's season to end with the ignominy of relegation...
Weller in Tights Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 Can't see Hull making it safe. Would like Newcastle to go down. Can't stand the Geordies, they always bleat on about being the greatest fans in the world, but life is so unfair because of their owner. Well they can go and tell the likes of Leeds and Forest all about it, I don't want to hear their moaning anymore
Dan Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 Newcastle are going to be the worst team in Premier League history to beat the drop.
Mayofox Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 I'm sure that whatever happens, Jeff Stelling will get over-excited.
Vacamion Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 This game has perked right up. Edit - whoops, meant to post that in the PL thread.
weller54 Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 Shame Sunderland have escaped!!!... Hope Newcastle go now!!
Marmite Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 Personally I hope its Hull purely on the grounds that Newcastle is a good night out after the footy
ousefox Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 Thank god we didn't have to rely on Arsenal taking 3 points tonight
LanguedocFox Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 I just hope we win on Sunday. After everything that has happened in the past six weeks or so, I hate the idea of us finishing in 17th place. We need to win, and win well.
LCCFox96 Posted 20 May 2015 Posted 20 May 2015 Sunderland deserve that on the basis that they've actually put a run of results together as the season draws to a close. More than can be said for the other two. Hull have too much to do. They will go.
