Master Fox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Have a long hard think about what you just said. When was last time you felt such grief and anger like this?
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 That's not an insult, it's a fact... "bud"
Donut Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Hypothetical scenario: Supposing the new manager is put in place, and has a good season. He does indeed make a degree of improvement to the club, and does lay foundations for continued developement. Will we have threads of apology for the reactions we have witnessed over the last week, the raft of insults that have been flying, and people just being honest with themselves, and to the forum, that theyve been out of order?
Webbo Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Are you allowing this sort of post? I don't think it's wumming. It sound like he meant it. MF is a very poor wum. don't take him too seriously. I'd be doing him a favour deleting it anyway.
Donut Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 When was last time you felt such grief and anger like this? For situations where a sense of extreme grief was actually called for. They are personal to me.
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 MF is a very poor wum. don't take him too seriously. I'd be doing him a favour deleting it anyway. And allowing Shabadoo's continued insults Webbo? There's no need.
Carl the Llama Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Also I believe that's the first insult I've ever used on FT. Everyone knows how hypocritical you are Get over it. It was you who used it. Accept itAnd another I see... Hypocritical is a negative description, but it's not an insult if it's an accurate one. You like to insult people just as much as everyone else on here.

As I've said before, remember the Sven situation. Even when Pearson had us top of the league some were still complaining.
Donut Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 The day it got to the stage where if you said something positive about the club youd be insulted really is a sad day.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 And allowing Shabadoo's continued insults Webbo? There's no need. No continued insults. I said one.
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 The day it got to the stage where if you said something positive about the club youd be insulted really is a sad day.Absolutely.And it's allowed. Anyway...moving on.... With any luck, tomorrow will be the day we hear who our new boss will be.
Donut Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 As I've said before, remember the Sven situation. Even when Pearson had us top of the league some were still complaining. It doesnt have to be an apology to say they prefer the new manager, or to have erased Pearson from their mind Just an apology that the behaviour we have seen this week from many has been totally unneccessary and completely over the top.
Webbo Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 And allowing Shabadoo's continued insults Webbo? There's no need. I only help out on the Leicester forum, I don't read every post. If you've got a complaint report it and one of us will consider if it's fair.
Mark_w Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 The day it got to the stage where if you said something positive about the club youd be insulted really is a sad day. Absolutely. And it's allowed. Didn't see either of you kicking up a fuss in March but I can assure you the exact same thing was happening then.
Carl the Llama Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 I feel like Col & Donut are trying to goad everyone into saying something that the mods will react to. Mods are you going to allow this?
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 I only help out on the Leicester forum, I don't read every post. I'm not goading anyone. It's time we made an appointment I fear.
J.Lisemore Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Why do you assume that funding means those funds will be used to ruin the club? That is a strange assumption to make. Okay to save time, I'll make a wild guess. If we appoint Hiddink or Ranieri, they will sell/bench half of the squad, whilst p*ssing our money down the drain on overpaid has-beens. If Hiddink does get it, this will be his last job in football. He had already retired in 2013, but Anzhi wafted money in his face.

Apology accepted. Thank you for admitting you were a bit silly about people rightly being upset.

TheSomersetFox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Again (how many times)..stop being so bloody pessimistic! It could just be that we CONTINUE to develop as a club. There are posters on here tipping us to go down three weeks before the season has even started! It's ridiculous stuff going on. being optimistic wont change the fact we're being linked with shite managers, i'll be positive when we make a good appointment. Until then i'll be disappointed in Nige being sacked, like any normal, non WUM would be. call it pessimism if you wish, im just a bit upset with the whole situation we've gotten ourselves into at the moment. and in the future, i'll be absolutely behind whoever gets picked to replace Nige.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Fair play mate. Didn't realise. Came like a bolt out the blue to be fair. There is so much anger on here at present. You're such a drama queen sometimes.

He had already retired in 2013, but Anzhi wafted money in his face. They will sell or bench half the squad, regardless of how good they think they are when theyve looked at them, to bring in "has beens" simply on the basis that their names are Ranieri and Hiddink, and the board have made some money available to them? Do you think theyd have got very far in football if this was their actual philosophy in management?
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Bloody hell, anyone would think I threatened Col with a shit-smeared axe not asked him if considered not being a **** Definite goading. Not Donut though, he's quite rational.

Nickfosse Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Again (how many times)..stop being so bloody pessimistic! It could just be that we CONTINUE to develop as a club. There are posters on here tipping us to go down three weeks before the season has even started! It's ridiculous stuff going on. That's fair enough and I hope you are right that we continue to develop. The problem is that we don't have a good record of following on from good managerial eras. McLintock after Bloomfield Taylor after MON Sousa and Sven after NP It's only understandable that supporters are fearful following two remarkable seasons. As Babylon has said its not about the man, it's about the club developing and then shooting itself in the foot whenever we get a good thing going. I so hope that it's not that way this time
