Jimothy Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 worked their bollocks off for that try and still miles behind!
ScouseFox Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 i dont watch much rugby or know much about it but even i know nick easter is old enough to retire from a normal job let alone one as a top level sportsman
Vacamion Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Well played Tom Youngs. He put in a proper shift there.
Socks Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 nah just not good enough the Aussies are just too good and have been since kick off we try and play it down the middle too much and the Wallabies are just like a rock, what happened to the wingers scoring great trys eh ? plus some of the scrums are shite
Finnegan Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 To be fair, the Aussies have been pretty bollocks since half time. England are working hard to keep the ball away from Pocock which is a pretty good tactic tbh.
Finnegan Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 two illegal tackles in the same slow mo. Love that.
StanSP Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 How on earth is that fair?Australia tackled an England player who didn't have the ball and only a penalty conceded? So why a penalty AND a yellow card for Farrell??
Finnegan Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Harsh? He put his shoulder in someone's throat / face and that guy didn't even have the ball.
ScouseFox Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 cheeky lil runt giving backchat to the ref GET IN THE BIN

So why a penalty AND a yellow card for Farrell?? ... Because he shoulder hit someone high?! Come on guys. I get that you don't all follow rugby every week but at least listen to the pundits (who are all former English international rugby players) and the refs.

Yeah well that was only explained as I wrote the question. Calm down mate
Finnegan Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 As an aside, Farrell is a repeat offender. He's a nasty little northern chav with previous for getting sin binned for stupid incidents like that when under pressure. He's essentially the rugby team's Wayne Rooney. If you want to be angry at someone, be angry at him.

None of the (biased) pundits on itv seemed to think it was a yellow card? And he didn't hit him round the throat, that was Burgess - if anybody deserved the bin it was him.
Finnegan Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Yeah well that was only explained as I wrote the question. Calm down mate I'm perfectly calm, in fact I'm amused. I'm not the one getting upset by something that's not actually unfair.

All I was asking was why that was fair in comparison to the Australian guy who tackled an English player off the ball in the first half...
