dorsetboy Posted 6 February 2016 Posted 6 February 2016 there is a blind city fan who has been going for years he use to stand next to me in the old family stand he says he loves the atmosphere and he listens to the game via radio and can visualize the pitch from when he had sight not sure how he gets on now hes at the king power although some people can be registered blind but still make out shapes ?

Hullfox Posted 6 February 2016 Posted 6 February 2016 He had to leave because his carer was a) drunk b) smoking and c) a massive c*nt. He (the carer) was abusing and intimidating people around him including women and children, wilfully trying to break seats with a 12 year old girl who was with him, and he also refused to let the couple whose seats he was occupying take up their rightful place. The police and stewards handled it with empathy and efficiency and nobody was disappointed to see the back of them. The partially sighted guy was no angel and people should not allow disability to be an excuse for knobheadedness. Some of our fans should have match day curfews.
brisfox Posted 6 February 2016 Posted 6 February 2016 My mate Jeff is blind. In the last season in the Championship a Forest fan wanted to fight him! We went in the Trent End and I had to commentate for him. Jeff also loves snooker, he says he likes the sounds the balls make!

I know he runs round like a headless chicken occasionally but you shouldnt call schluppy blind. Not cool.
