Clever Fox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 So pleased for him scoring twice yesterday, alongside the other important goals he's scored recently too. He's in great form - his control is superb, very good finishing, work rate etc. His whole overall performances at the moment are excellent. Love his attitude as well. Covers it all really. A great pro and a lot more skilful than people give him credit for. On current form I'd play him with Vardy instead of Shinji as at least Ulloa can hold up the ball and keep possession. Adding that to the fact he's clearly in form and a proven goal scorer.

Agree, I'd be inclined to play Ulloa because he's a natural instinctive finisher in the box. Added to the fact he's in great form. It's a tricky one because Okazaki still plays an important role in the side so wouldn't want to see him necessarily not played, but given the form of Ulloa and Vardy I would of thought they would both start. Perhaps we could still incorporate Okazaki.
Brighton One Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Welcome. Thanks for the kind post and words. Like you said Leo's attitude is great, and he's a real team player. Recently, in an interview for us he mentioned that whether it's 10, 20 or 90 mins on the football field, he wants to play his part in the team - which goes to show his commitment and team player attitude. He's very good at finishing, especially in important games. Knockaert's doing well I hope, I do keep track of how he's doing and seems like he's doing well for you guys. We found Leo exactly the same as you, attitude and a team player. Leicester were fortunate to see him at his best when we played you, and you took a punt on him where others did not. As for Knocky he has been great, especially when we play at home, i do fear that if we do not get promoted we might lose a couple of players including Knocky. Two from last week from Knocky v QPR.

Yeah I recall watching the game (Leicester 1-4 Brighton). On the night Ulloa scored two and did look impressive. Good to hear Knocky is doing well, I thought at the time he would do well for you when he signed, a very smart addition. He's skillful, creative, has vision - I imagine he's an excellent asset for your team. Us Leicester fans witnessed some magnificent moments in his time here. A real fans favourite. Oh, and thanks for the video, I'll take a look.
Brighton One Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Yeah I recall watching the game (Leicester 1-4 Brighton). On the night Ulloa scored two and did look impressive. Strange eh. We did the double over you that season and you went up with ease. You struggled last season and we just avoided relegation. This season it looks like you will win the Prem and CL football beckons, and we have a chance of joining you. I do know that if (big if) we do get promoted then Leo will get a very warm welcome on his return....
FireFox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Leo, keep it up and score the goals to win the League at The Theatre of Dreams!
Fox 4 Life Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Any news about his back? Going to need him on Sunday!
Brighton One Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Leo leaps like a salmon above the Manure defence and nods the ball past a stranded De gea. Van Haaaaaaallllllll looks like Mr Porky as Leo celebrates. Go Leo.
Collymore Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 I use to say Leo's first touch at times is phenomenal, just recently it's becoming much more consistent. He just needs to mix it up a bit when he runs into the box with the ball - he always tries the same thing and it never comes off!

stevelcfc Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 C'mon Leo son, what a player you've become and what an attitude you have. Big balls too.
