goose2010 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Should have closed a deal for Remy in Jan.Because he has pulled up trees at Chelsea since Jan....Oh wait maybe you were commenting for 'bantz' or trying to get some bites!
dorsetboy Posted 17 April 2016 Author Posted 17 April 2016 We might find that Leo potentially will sit deeper in the Okazaki role and shinj in the Vardy role. So we may see something a little different from Okazaki of given the chance to be on the last man. have to agree here but both will be knackered at around 65-70 mins although its possible that jeff could come on in the vardy role and mahrez tucks in behind him with gray coming in on the wing but i was reading that in the last game against swansea we played with just one striker up front and won 3-0 as claudio thought they had a strong midfield and played 5 in the middle to counter it
AyewJoking Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 ulloa has to start but if we expect him to play the vardy role we're ****ed. i would have okazaki play the vardy role and tell him to chase and press his arse off and hope we have a 3-0 lead by the time he is knackered. then we can bring Schlupp on for amusement purposes.
The Quick Brown Fox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Outstanding today. He's been good his last few appearances.
The_77 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 His name is Leo and he scores against West Ham Next year its Real Barca Paris Saint Germain And when he shines he really shows you all he can Oh Leo, Leo hear us shout across the land! Hopefully Ranieri plays both Leo & Shinji against Swans Hahaha. That is really good.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 You watch - our top striker is out and this will be our highest scoring game of the season. 5-0, Ulloa with a brace
Vardinio'sCat Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 He has taken a lot of flack on FT, but it's hard to fault his contribution over the run-in. Tremendous penalty, delighted for him and us.
AyewJoking Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Because he has pulled up trees at Chelsea since Jan.... Oh wait maybe you were commenting for 'bantz' or trying to get some bites! good thing no one took the bait
Swiper Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Can't say anything else about Leo that hasn't already said. I'm sure it sucks to be the leading scorer one season and then dropped to third choice the next, but he's had a great attitude all season and has scored a couple of our most important goals. The last few games his touch has been really nice, along with his passing. I would absolutely love to see him get a few more during the run in. From the escape to the title chase he has been a key component. Sadly his contribution will likely be overlooked by all non-foxes due to the emergence of Vardy/Mahrez/Drinkwater/Kante and the brick wall that is the current back line. Can't help but love the guy though.
mozartfox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 If we were to slot in Scluppers, this would be less disruptive to our normal game as the pace of Vardy is replaced like for like. Obviously, Schluppers is not a prolific goal scorer, then nor is Leo. In CR we trust.
FireFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 OH HIS NAME IS LEONARDO!!! Time to be the hero once again. I expect a couple of hat tricks in the next two games.
TJB-fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 We all know what Leo can and can't do. Regardless of that he is a striker that scored 12 goals in his debut Premiership season, in only his 3rd (possibly 4th) season in English football. He may have smashed that stat if he were to play as much as he did last year. I'm backing him on Sunday to do the biz
STUHILL Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Is it just me or has he suddenly got the touch of Neymar?? Great first half from the big man. You can see we are missing that outlet when we punt it forward as Ulloa and Okazaki both dropping deep, but he is proving a real danger in the box
Xen Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 You watch - our top striker is out and this will be our highest scoring game of the season. 5-0, Ulloa with a brace Nice call
Swiper Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Honestly, if Vardy is back next week, can you drop Leo with the way he's playing right now? Wouldn't be surprised to see Okazaki being the one to make way. Fvcking hero today.
foxy boxing Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Great performance has to wait patiently 4his chance but is a great team player and has contributed whenever he plays
KP Fox Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 You watch - our top striker is out and this will be our highest scoring game of the season. 5-0, Ulloa with a brace Wow! You would have been spot on if Jeff put away one of his chances
Manwell Pablo Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 thought he was excellent today chased balls down and held it up well and held his nerve to score the penalty . hes got his knockers and its a shame vardy is out against swans but hopefully leo will get the nod to play the full game as he fully deserves it I'm a massive knocker, but yeah can't deny he's played his part this season, perfect game for him to come into and did his job.

NotQuiteAFox Posted 24 April 2016 Posted 24 April 2016 Amazing seeing him 3 months or so ago and now. Almost like watching two different players. Think he enjoyed leading the line again.
