Please no; stop. It means you are anticipating the traffic rather than just relying on the dickhead in front of you as a point of reference.

I used the advice of just making sure I use lots of head movement to show I'm looking at mirrors and junctions. Had couple of 'iffy' moments but just think I was overthinking everything I did. I just tried to relax and treat is any other lesson. Best feeling ever when they tell you you have passed! Congratulations, you'll love the freedom it brings to your life!
Carl the Llama Posted 14 November 2016 Posted 14 November 2016 Just a heads up for any new drivers looking for car insurance: I wholeheartedly recommend getting a telemetrics (black box) scheme. The initial quote will likely be lower than any quotes you get for standard insurance plus you'll be able to get bonuses for driving well - I received 10% off my yearly premium just a couple of months into the contract which means I'm now paying less out each month which is more money to buy emergency beers with for those long journeys stuck in the car.
rebecca Posted 27 July 2017 Posted 27 July 2017 Just practice the driving routes you are going to do the test in

Stadt Posted 27 July 2017 Posted 27 July 2017 As it happens, yes I am cancelling my driving test in the south London area, when does the theory run out?

Usually after two years, if you haven't passed the practical during this period. Thought the theory was more difficult than the practical imo; having to spot loads of hazards in various situations/locations/conditions in such a short space of time.

I meant when does @rebecca's test specifically run out?
