Will1981 Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 cant believe all the people suggesting Ben Arfa do you all not remember his shocking attitude at Newcastle.
4everfox Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Defoe would be a great signing. Yeah you're right he would...for Bournemouth. We are the Champions of England man! If ever there was a time to set the bar high this is it. Lets go for some worldies and cement our place amongst Europe's elite.
Gerard Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Ousmane Dembele would be a dream signing. He's been linked with every elite club in the world apart from Real Madrid from what I've read. The last thing I want us to do is sign players who have been relative failures at elite clubs and are in their late 20's or older like Theo Walcott for example. We've been linked with Dembele but it's very difficult to see us getting him but what I do want is players of his profile, young and highly regarded but playing at "stepping stone" clubs or leagues. http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/leicester-battle-bayern-munich-one-hottest-strikers-europe-ousmane-dembele-times/
Focks Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Watching Shane Long chase down lost causes for Southampton today.. Would make a great back-up to Vardy next year Be interesting to see whether Soton will buy any more strikers this summer to push him down the pecking order.. Could pick him up for about 2/3 mill
cityfanlee23 Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Sofiane Feghouli - Free Steve mandanda - Free Nicolas N'koulou - Free Tonny Vilhenna - Free Bakkali - Free Zaza - £20-25m Miguel Veloso - Free (numbers if Inler goes)
The Doctor Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Defoe and walcott its 2016, not 2006 lads. Reckon we can convince Maynard now though

act smiley Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 I used to get really into all these kind of threads, but now I just end up so relaxed about it all, Walsh has it absolutely covered.I always quite liked Tim Krul and if Newcastle go down might be a cheap backup keeper? Coming off a nasty injury though. cant believe all the people suggesting Ben Arfa do you all not remember his shocking attitude at Newcastle. Yeah, but given the state of Newcastle over the past few years, it's difficult to hold that against him if he's since sorted himself out.

He was quality when he first came, I can't speak for him but I would not be surprised if a hungry player wanting success lost patience at Newcastle the way that idiot Ashley runs it.
Lcfcrory Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 I'd take Ben Arfa all day, he's sorted his head out and is in great form, have to say I'd prefer him to Shinji in the number 10 role

Lcfcrory Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Imagine that for a front four... Mahrez Ben Arfa Gray Vardy
4everfox Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Sofiane Feghouli - Free Steve mandanda - Free Nicolas N'koulou - Free Tonny Vilhenna - Free Bakkali - Free Zaza - £20-25m Miguel Veloso - Free (numbers if Inler goes) Are they really all available on a free (bar Zaza)? If so we'd be mad not to consider any of those.
cityfanlee23 Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Are they really all available on a free (bar Zaza)? If so we'd be mad not to consider any of those. According to Transfermarkt - http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/premier-league/endendevertraege/wettbewerb/GB1 Can't see any of them have signed contracts
lcfcfoz Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Guiseppe Rossi relagated with Levante today, could be useful
jammie82uk Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Seen him mentioned a few times already and I'm going to join them in saying Shane Long Just look at how some defenders/defenses was petrified this season by vardy's pace, think them 2 together would be quite a duo
lcfcfoz Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 relegated today...great cv..It's a team, If we had gone down last year and other teams said vardy and mahrez and the reply was the same as yours, who would be laughing if they had signed them up?
Mezeker Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 check this out, some underrated players on here. Notably the guy that plays for Napoli.
foxes21 Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 The minimum we need: GK (replace schwarzer) RB (replace de Laet) CB (a third choice CB) LW (replace Dyer) ST (Shinji & Ulloa as back up) CF (like for like back up for Vardy) We MIGHT need another CM as Inler will likely leave & James might be loaned out. Also we might need a 4th CB if we let go of Benny, Wasilewski & loan Moore out. Out of them 3 though, I love Wasilewski and I wouldn't say no to him being our 4th choice next season.
Legend fox Posted 9 May 2016 Posted 9 May 2016 Redmond from Norwich I would like Rm and Lm Micah Richards from Villa Rb and can cover CB Deeny is an Ulloa upgrade Cf The Dragon GK need I say no more Musa St loads of pace I'm just thinking of players with pace and passion. (Micah Richards I have seen play very well at a shit villa side. )
