Arm 1968, we don't want Mahrez so take a chill pill. By all accounts , Arsenal and Wenger are not failures. Your boy Mourhino is an arrogant failure.

Imagine being an Arsenal fan and calling Mourinho a failure lol

Since you last won a title he's won six top flight titles in three countries and the champions league. Hell, since you last won a title we've won three.

boweigo hasn't worked out how to use the quote button yet! lol

Maybe you would be better suited to one of your own clubs forums and leave us Foxes to debate/bicker amongst ourselves.

What irks me its the the assumption that because it's clear wenger wants Riyad, Arsenal will get him. tossers!

This. It's as if Wenger gets every player he wants, when the opposite is true. Very few of the players he wants actually sign for him anymore. But none of the press seem to realize that or just choose not to.

Mourhino is a failure. He would have regulated Chelsea last season if they had not fired him. Mourhino wins because he buys big players. He is going to spend over 200 million in the transfer market this month. He will get United in the mix again but will implode in 2 years. If that is not an example of a failed arrogant man, please define one for me. Wenger operates within a budget as Arsenal is not a play thing for rich owners. This is why we are not looking to sign Mahrez. I came on your website and made that statement. I also said that Mahrez is being quiet because he is trying to get  best possible contract. I guess some here find that statement offensive. If you want to be myopic, go ahead. It is good to get a different perspective from time to time.

Firstly, let me put something straight, whilst I am an Arsenal fan, I haven't come on here to bait you. But having watched this forum for a few months now, albeit sporadically, I have noticed that some of the Arsenal "fans" posting on here are borderline illiterate, and I won't stand for being put into that stereotype.

This is a Leicester forum, and I don't want this to be inundated with rival posts, but I do have something to say.

Some of the hate talk on here is pretty unsettling, you would've thought that a team that achieved arguably the greatest sporting feat of time would remain humble considering where your team was 12 months ago, let alone 2-3 years ago.

Not even on the Manchester United forums (particularly redcafe) is there such sickening hate for Arsenal, and they are actually our rivals; whereas Leicester, is, at the moment, just like the Train hit, "Drops of Jupiter." You may come out with another hit, but I think even your fan base, and coach, don't think that will happen. So please embrace it.

In regards to Mahrez, it is clear that we are interested. And despite Leicester's incredible triumph, an achievement that all Arsenal supporters are envious of (be it with bitterness, jealousy or frustration), Arsenal are a much larger club, in an international city, and with more money.

He either leaves this season, or the next; and it was clear from the PSG game, both on and off the field, that something is brewing. Wenger left as soon as Mahrez was subbed off (almost instantly) and he wasn't there to see Drinkwater.

I know this may seem arrogant, and despite what Vardy said, it would've been a tough decision for him. But for Mahrez, a player 4-5 years his junior, and 4-5x more skilled, the decision to join Arsenal will be equally as hard; but, and this happens a lot, the prestige, attention and personnel (ie Ozil, Alexis) may seem too strong a lure.

If if he does go, remember that Arsenal had to undergo similar losses during the stadium repayment period of 2006-2012, and we had to undergo it without winning a title like you lot.

I know it is frustrating, but if your assumptions about Arsenal are correct, then he'll end up at Arsenal for 2 years then will be off to Barcelona or Madrid, and Arsenal fans will be equally as livid.

If you get £40-50m for a player that has succeeded for really only 12 months, then it isn't poor business; think how you can reinvest that same money.

Good luck.

He'll be going to Barca or Madrid next year if we don't get Champions League again.

He won't be going to Barcelona within a year; he isn't good enough for them/wouldn't fit in.

Neymar Suarez Messi

Bale Benzema Ronaldo

Walcott Ozil Alexis

We can see what team needs the RW.

I just want to speak to your statement that Arsenal is a much bigger club, with more money, located in a metropolis. Players want to know where your club is going far more than where it has been. Sad to say it but Wenger at the helm is a huge "stay the **** away" for most up and coming/top players. Just look how Manchester United turned from a B destination to an A destination with the appointment of Mourinho. Wenger is a relic of the past and you would be much better off without him in the fold.

The management at your club for quite some time now has shown little to no ambition. You have needed a striker for a long time now and your executives and coach have shown little to no intent to strengthen yourselves up front. Your owner has spent significant amounts of money in the past strengthening teams in others sports like the nuggets in the NBA from 07 to 09. The colorado avalanche. So it is very strange how stingy you lot are with your money.

I could go on for a while but if I am Mahrez why would i want to leave for a club like Arsenal when all the signs from the Leicester hierarchy all point upwards, i don't think i would be wrong to state that our long term ambitions are on par with yours as a club.

But why does that bother you so much - your post seems so bitter and angry.

You are aware that both Alexis Sanchez and Ozil both signed for Arsenal because of Wenger, yeah; who, at the time, were both starting for Barcelona and Real Madrid...

I'm sure if we wanted to offer £100m for Benzema, he would be in an Arsenal shirt; but that really is irrelevant.

If you truly believe that Leicester will match Arsenal this year, then that is fine, and that is your opinion, but until Leicester prove to compete over the next 5-10 years, no one else will believe it.

As much as you mock Wenger, and this also applies to existing Arsenal fans, Arsenal have stayed in the Champions League for such a long time, a feat that no one else has been able to do. Chelsea collapsed last year, Man United 2 years prior, and Liverpool years earlier as well.

And don't pretend that you know much of the NBA, or any of the American sports, as they are all operated significantly different to the world of the Premier League.

And you say i sound bitter and angry? lol My post was delivered emotionless with no strings attached. As far as American sports, well I am American and played Division 1 basketball for University of Maryland and tried out for numerous NBA teams (unfortunately i was just not good enough for the NBA). Now that I have gotten that off my chest lets talk Arsenal.

I will direct you to DT's youtube channel for all related Wenger arguments. As far as our ambitions as a club, just look to our scouting department, our medical and sports nutrition department, the capital of our owners, their willingness to pay our top talent market value, our potential marketability in global markets. Everything about the club points upwards. Kante is the only top talent to leave the club in quite some time, we are not Southampton and are intent on staying in the big time.

How exactly do you envision Arsenal doing this year? Mertesaker even commented about how the club had spent very little with all the big clubs getting ready to give the title a real go. If you don't sign a quality striker I can't see you guys finishing top 4 again for quite some time.

People say EVERY year that Arsenal will drop out, but it is always someone else.

If paying £400k for Mahrez signifies intent, then I'm not sure how spending £42m on Ozil isn't a signal of aspirations.

All the more, we've competed against teams that instead will spend £100m on a single player (see City, United and Chelsea).

You're right they do say that, but that has nothing to do with the present. We are more likely to get top 4 that you lot are as presently constituted. And enjoy your last year of Bellerin, he is going bye bye soon! Dont forget to watch the stop the lies video above.

Wowie, and you say Arsenal fans are obnoxious?

Bellerin has grown up in London, if you listen to his accent, you'll see, it really is amazing.

Yea I randomly ran into him like 2-3 summers ago in Vegas; don't see what that has to do with his going to Real or Barca.

Ah, I take that is game-set-match to me then?

If Bellerin leaves, I'll be upset, as he is one of the most promising defenders in the world; but let's stick to Mahrez, right? As it is he who is, allegedly, questioning his future at the moment.

Wenger can be interested all he wants, Mahrez is staying here. And why wouldn't he, when he could hold out a year and get a move to an actual top side rather than moving to that graveyard. Arsenal fans are becoming the new Liverpool fans, living so far in the past they're still hoping Bobby Robson will take the England job again, and pretending that just hanging on to a CL qualification, and bombing out as soon as the knockouts start somehow qualifies them to still be considered a big club. Only seems to be the Internet fan base mind, my future in laws are gunners and none of them are as deluded as these walloppers coming on here.

Dafuq?!

If there is a manager that is arrogant its arsehole whinger, the man thinks he can simply win the premier league by signing the square root of f all.

Arsenal could have won so many trophies this past 10 or so years if only that senile old twat had actually spent some of that 200m reserve cash on just 1 or 2 extra players each summer.

Also perhaps nothing to do with arrogance but Arsenal is where the young and the promising english players go to die or become sick notes due to the suspect training methods utilised at the club.
