It's not "scripting" i.e the game has decided who is going to win before kick off, that would be ridiculous. That's just the word people like to use for it. 

 

But as he says the game sometimes makes your players harder to play with and out of position more often when the momentum is swinging against you, which while I get is suppose to be reflect real football is highly annoying in a game that is suppose to be a level playing field.

Thing is, without some handicap, When you play against someone better than you , you could get hammered 10-0 (like PES online) , with the games assistance, although its hard, you will always have a chance to score. However, don't try and tell me its ok for the CPU to decide to make it ok for the other guy to run straight down the pitch from kick off and score immediately after I do

It tends to occur more often more noticeable and highly more annoyingly when the game is tight.

 you can choose to not believe it if you want I'm sure they wouldn't admit to scripting but if they were asked about momentum swings you'd get a different answer out of them. You said earlier nobody says anything about it when they win I can tell you I have won countless games when my previously FIFA master like opponent starts playing like he's unplugged his control pad just because I've got one back to make it 2-1 in the 70th minute.

I had a game the other day, I was defeding the whole time, late in the second half I tried an optimistic shot ,and it went in, I scored again from a cross 2 mins later and won the game 2-0

Personally think momentum is just the match engine working as it should. When one team is on top and their players have all just pushed up and the defensive line is on half way then it's obviously going to be harder to play your way out.

 

I'd be interested to know what assists the people who believe in scripting have on (really have on, not just claim to for the sakes of an internet conspiracy theory lol)

You mean passing, shooting assists etc?

 

that's a good point, and one I hadn't thought of, for the record I have semi assisted or assisted across the board. I'm sure you used to have custom passing assists, but I don't see that option any more

This happens against me all the time.

 

It's just because I'm an atrocious finisher. Generally, if I'm honest, I had plenty of chances to score during the game and should have been out of sight.

So he has a lapse of concentration and his players are all ****ed because he's not let go of R1 all game and he's overdue a match with his fitness squad.

 

There are so many variables.

 

It's hardly like you scoring a long / hopeful shot is wildly unbelievable. Long shots are crazy in this. I hit a screamer the other day with a silver 71 rated Japanese centre half.

The bundesliga team I've switched to is ridiculously good, probably the most enjoyable team I've played with whilst playing  fut the last 6 odd years, renato Sanches is an absolute monster

Got Gotze sitting in the resies as well, it's unreal the value you get for mon y stepping away from the prem, I bought a decent Italian team but sold them all after 1 game as I couldn't get on with them after playing with the bundesliga squad

One of my mates loves to score an own goal at the start of the game because then the scripting makes the rest of the game easy for him and a complete nightmare for me, it literally puts the ball on a plate for him for the rest of the game and makes all of my players lose the ability to defend, because it wants him to score the equaliser and the 90th minute winner at the end

How much overall did that team cost you?

My Leicester squad is near completion. Just need the dynamic duo to complete it. Vardy and Mahrez will cost around 120k. Im only on 11k so need to get some more wheeling and dealing on the go. Crazy how much some of our players are going for

Don't do it I done exactly the same thing and sold them both after about 5/6 games

That team I've got now has to be about 100k... my original bundesliga team which I bought after selling mahrez for 50k is this, that team was awesome as well so strong all over the park, Thiago and konoplyanka took about 20k of that... Hahn and Volland up top are monsters together!! Strong fairly pacy and both have decent shots on them
