Kitchandro Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 Ireland gave up when France equalised. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dan Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 Should've been at least 4-1 in the end. Ireland very solid first half but completely crumbled in the end.
Guest Col city fan Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 Bloody good effort Eire.... Beaten by two excellent goals in the end.

foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 The make shift back four is certainly the weakness for France... can't see them getting past a Germany or Spain ...
GaelicFox Posted 26 June 2016 Author Posted 26 June 2016 Not playing John O shea a huge mistake Horrendous defending in 2nd half Great performance first half We just lack quality , quality wales have for example Wes and Walters should Have come on 55-60 mins And O Shea would have never allowed That 2nd half Well done france , deserved winners But England have a glorious chance over next two games
Chester Dontlie Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 That was heroic performance from Ireland. Poor defending let them down ;/ Griezmann was brilliant. N'Golo is probably chuffed right now despite being taken off so early. Finally a good game in the knockout stage!
GaelicFox Posted 26 June 2016 Author Posted 26 June 2016 The make shift back four is certainly the weakness for France... can't see them getting past a Germany or Spain ... They won't get past England Honestly England can beat these easy !!!! They just need to play for pace and with Sturridge and Vardy

They just need to play for pace and with Sturridge and Vardy I have my doubts over Iceland because of Roy and his silly tactics... not bringing wingers and a striker who can head a ball to try to change things was a mistake from the start. Along with not bringing someone like drinkwater...In saying that I would have more confidence against France because they will leave room at the back, which would incidentally benefit England
Lionheart10 Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 Well if we get through at least we won't have to contend with Kante!
Finnegan Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 Coleman standing there absolutely gutted and the first words out of the presenters mouth to him are congratulations on a good performance. What a twat. I'd have just walked off. What a patronising tit.

WigstonWanderer Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 Great game, bad luck Ireland. Evil I know, but there was small part of me that thought Kante getting hooked at half time might help put off some of the clubs chasing him.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 26 June 2016 Posted 26 June 2016 Told ya Ireland had no chance back to watching English and Scottish teams for 2 years
