AC Milan interested but Roma point blank rebuffed them on Monday, they don't want to sell to another rival.
st albans fox Posted 23 August 2016 Posted 23 August 2016 They don't really want to sell him at all. suspect they will try and get rid of some other player(s) before deadline day and if nothing doing then they may be forced to sell him on the 30/31st to enable them to get a couple in that they need. That is high risk strategy for us as plenty can go wrong on a last minute deal. My view is if we really want him then we make them an offer now that they have to take. Leaving it till the end of the window means we could end up with no one. If that isn't a big problem for Claudio then no worries. Que sera sera.
