Hes been out for 18 months and keeps getting setback after setback.He went off on Tuesday again injured.

You don't return the and player after being out for as long as he has been.

To get into our team now he would have to show an improvement from the player he was before that's how far we have come while he has been out.

Its simply never going to happen.

I fear he will slip down the leagues hope I'm proved wrong.

Tell me one player who has been out for as long as he has and come back the same player???

Flamini , Not for me. Granted he has CL experience, but he won't get near. We have plenty of options, and should wait until Jan and I'm pretty sure we will make another push for Silva. I do think Amartey needs a run of games and we will have another 'player' on our hands. 

 

In football, players you already have should be trusted, when you do that , it breeds confidence and adds self belief,  you then get the best out of them. They respond and the bond between the management and players grows stronger. Trust in what we've got .

 

personally think we've have had a great window, too much disruption is not good as it can ruin the team spirit we have.

Ranieri says it all the time, we don't want anyone who doesn't want to be here.

 

getting the balance right is key. I hope the new faces settle in quickly and we haven't signed any arseholes on.
