jayfox26 Posted 7 January 2017 Posted 7 January 2017 Michael Johnson was a **** as well when we had him on loan from city. I remember him turning up at the Walkers stadium in his flash car and loads of fans were waiting outside to greet the players and he totally ignored everyone and walked straight into the ground. Another c*nt.

chicagofox Posted 8 January 2017 Posted 8 January 2017 David Speedie was anything but popular down at Filbert Street before he signed for us. Bloody good signing though.
katieakita Posted 8 January 2017 Posted 8 January 2017 Dennis Wise, end of any argument horrible excuse of a footballer/person who nearly ruined the club. His failings at the club in only 17 games is unreal, the only positive I can think of for him is if you had to describe a Cockney W8nker and he would be a perfect example.

One random Tuesday afternoon on a day off I went for a swim then into the sauna and Lennon was sat there on his todd. We chatted for about 10 minutes and he was good as gold. Maybe the fact I look like him and a similar age helped, but I didn't get the impression he was a nob at all. Then met him again at a charity dinner at OT about three years ago and he was pissed but jolly enough then. Its sad to read these stories about him but MON obviously loved him and he never let us down on the pitch. Still a hero in my eyes, and reading his autobiography he's been through a lot of shit in his time. Poor lad

GingerrrFox Posted 8 January 2017 Posted 8 January 2017 Dennis Wise is the ultimate ****. On a slightly lower level is someone we only had for a short period, Roman Bednar; he was another ****. Rubbed everyone up the wrong way from the first day at Leicester and was a legit cokehead.
Crazy Kop Corner Posted 8 January 2017 Posted 8 January 2017 It has to be Dennis Wise. A complete and utter C*ck. It's always made me smile that players we've detested when they've signed for us we're almost instantly loved e.g Speedie, Collymore, Savage

My sister met him at an event a few years ago and what she says backs up what a couple of posters have written, he was a genuine and friendly guy. He's obviously a very flawed individual but nowhere near a cvnt as some of the players we've had here that have been involved in assaults and the like.

Dan Posted 8 January 2017 Posted 8 January 2017 Cannot see any way it can't be Dennis Wise. The kind of player I'd celebrate an injury if it happened at our place.
