Have any of you received your memeberships yet?,as i ordered it on the day they came out and haven't received it yet,

Not received mine yet.

I rang up To buy tickets and was told it could take 4 weeks to arrive.

I've been waiting 3 weeks so far.

Your customer number in the confirmation email is your membership number anyway, so all you are really waiting for are your "gifts" (Calendar etc....)

You would be surprised. Arsenal away went to basic membership and other home games went to city fox level. Reluctantly renewed my membership (still think 60 quid a pop is ridiculous but anyway....).

 

As long as you arent just wanting the big games, you'll get tickets for the 'unsexier' games.

Another poster on here said they asked the club about members cards and there had been a delay so would be waiting a few more weeks at least.

I am really shocked by the changes to the membership this year.  You now have to have bought tickets for about 5 games last year and be a st holder to buy a ticket.... or bought a ticket for all of our home games

They are assuming members are folk who paid to have a priority to buy 20 or so tickets pa.

In my own case i am an st holder and became a member to i could buy the odd ticket for a mate.  I saw paying the fee as buying the option to be able to buy a few tickets a year.  

So now i have to join the ballot... eg for the arsenal game to see if i am lucky

Once again these changes have been made without understanding how the scheme was used. 

This comes hard on the heels of the loyalty points scheme in liue of the st discount.  This showed a lack of understanding of where loyalty schemes are appropriate

Kind of agree - but to be fair to the club I can't see of a membership scheme that would suit everyone. 

 

The Gold/Silver, etc wasn't perfect either, and the club did ask ask members for their feedback and suggestions. 

 

I think the the current system is about as good as it can be, if you bought official tickets last year, your points will be carried over - more official tickets, more points, better chance of getting tickets this year. Fair-ish.

 

I bought quite a few tickets from this websites ticket exchange, and only bought about 7 'official' tickets to go towards this year... Ah well

Went to 14 games last season and similar amount the season before. Including away and Champions League. I found I had more success with ticket re-sales than membership so haven't gone down the membership route this year. Will be interested to see how people find the new system. £60 seemed a little bit too steep.

Mine came through the post this morning. Membership card, scarf, season calendar, badge and bag came in the pack.

That scarf is quite smart actually. Hopefully I actually receive my pack this year unlike last season where nothing arrived.
