Also does anyone else find that every game now home and away there seems to be more moronic people who can't find their seats? It's really not difficult to get on the correct row then find the seat number. Tonight there was a two to three minute period where I'm sat behind four men trying to work out which two of them are in the wrong. Can't see **** all of the game. It's absolutely pathetic, not bloody rocket science is it. Also people getting up at 35 mins and disappearing until 50 minutes. Wtf are people doing.... I'm also seeing more and more nesbits wandering around clueless looking for their seat holding a season ticket, if you have a season ticket surely you know where you ****ing sit by now?!
shawy2510 Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 Turned up at 7:35pm due to working but the queues were massive when I got there. I did manage to get into my seat just as the players were coming out.
lcfc278 Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 So annoying, had to queue on the stairs up from the concourse last night with about 5 minutes to kick off. We thought something must have happened like maybe someone had collapsed or something. It turns out half the people had just formed a queue to show their ticket to the steward to find out where they were sitting! FFS you have a row and a number to follow it's a piece of pish!
Electric Yetis Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 I had a group of about 10 people turn up on the row in front of me at just before 8 and I heard them saying to each other they thought the kick off was 8pm.
HighPeakFox Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 People in general, and in particular casual fans (of which I expect there was an increased number last night) tend not to give a toss about how their behaviour might impact on others, because we have become incredibly selfish.
Guest foxestalkisfullofidiots Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 After going to the Spurs game in the FA Cup last season and the Liverpool game I decided to give last night a miss basically for these reasons, I'm guessing because a lot of season ticket holders don't take up their seat for cup games and its a good opportunity for people who don't normally go to go a lot of people have the print at home tickets causing the massive ques and then people cant find their seat, it drives you mad! I wonder if most of the ST holders will take up their tickets for the QF?
AjcW Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 Until the recent introduction of print at home tickets (which hasn't exactly been promoted so people still collect!) there were times when I arrived at 7 and didn't get in until 8 when collecting! As someone who lives in Nottingham, it can often be a last minute impulse, especially for cup games and during the week so sometimes the only option is to collect tickets and the system is god awful! I absolutely hate arriving late though and apologise to anyone I pissed off at the Liverpool game as I think I was about ten mins late! Attempted to grab some pre game food and order got ****ed up twice so had to sprint from town to the ground! Shit Transport on match day and the location of the ground makes it rubbish for commuters so tends to result in arriving late and leaving early. I've always wondered why they never built a train stop between Leicester and Wigston, the train goes through the area of both sports grounds, somewhere behind Sandicliffe would make perfect sense. I've never been late for a Saturday 3pm though
Wymsey Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 A reason, for some, might be due to slow customer service etc at the bar - which is apparent at times.
Spudulike Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 I think that it shows just how much we've grown as a club when we can roll out our B crowd for cup games. Squad rotation on the pitch, crowd rotation off the pitch. We are massive

Or queue to pick up their tickets for 30 mins. Some in front of us went in or out 6 times while the match was being played, it drives me mad! I would actually stab them.

I can understand 5 minutes but to miss a full 20 is just stupid. I saw droves of people making their way up the stairs both tonight and at the Liverpool game bloody annoying when you're trying to watch the game between people's heads. People work and mid week games can be a struggle to get in on time. Doesn't bother me.
SheppyFox Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 Annoying isn’t it, noticed too that there are more people unable to find their seats than ever. Also on a side note, if you’re a parent and you take your child/ren to the match; remember almost everyone else has a different view of your child to your view. Nobody else likes your children, they think they’re annoying and inconvenient, (even if they don’t say it) so please if your child is badly behaved ask them not to constantly kick the chair in front or hit the man in front with their scarf etc. (Don’t sit there like a dunce letting them do whatever they want)
