I have Germany beating France in the final and England losing to Brazil in the quarters.

I'd have Sterling play more offensively and not your standard central midfielder. 

 

My issue with the squad selection is if we do have to change formation and play with wingers, other than Sterling we're a bit screwed. And I'm worried Southgate will deploy Vardy as a winger and therefore he'll be rendered useless.
