Anyone intending on going to this? Tickets are on sale from tomorrow for members.

Hopefully there’ll be a bit of an atmosphere in the Kop end seeing as though that’s one of the cheaper areas and also classed as the home end whatever that means

Couldnt see another thread for this when I briefly looked. Merge if appropriate

If your're part of the travel club tickets are available to buy now if not you will have to wait till next week.

They were. Then the website went tits up. Readvertised to start at 3pm this afternoon. Then sales ended up restarting unannounced at 230pm ?

Sounds like how our online ticketing service used to be ?

Do fancy this but would only be available for general sale. Is it likely I get one?

Doubtful. The away members club ticket sale ends Monday. Starts for the home supporters club on Tuesday at 12. Free to join though, and you can buy 7 additional tickets. That’s why I don’t see it making general sale

England vs. Switzerland At King Power Stadium: Tickets On General Sale From The Football Association
TICKETS
Published 31 Jul 18
2 MinutesReading time
Tickets for England vs. Switzerland at King Power Stadium are now on sale through The FA website and The FA ticket hotline.
- Seats for the fixture on Tuesday 11 September (8pm kick-off) can be secured by visiting TheFA.com/Tickets or by calling 0800 093 0824
- Tickets cannot be purchased through LCFC, with The FA’s official ticketing channels the only way to secure attendance
- The friendly is second full England international to take place on Filbert Way
- The Three Lions last visited in June 2003 in a 2-1 win over Serbia & Montenegro

Following a FIFA World Cup that saw Harry Maguire and Jamie Vardy’s Three Lions progress to the semi-finals, Gareth Southgate’s squad will continue their preparations for future tournaments at the home of Leicester City.

After taking on Spain at Wembley, England head for Leicester to face the Swiss in a game that could see Vardy and Maguire representing their country in familiar surroundings.

Leicester City Chief Executive Susan Whelan said: “It is a great honour for us to welcome the FA and the England team to our home at King Power Stadium and to have the opportunity to bring international football back to Leicester. The city has played host to some esteemed sporting events in recent years and we’re extremely proud to be able to continue that tradition this September.

“A senior England international is a truly prestigious occasion, made all the more powerful by its potential to inspire Leicester’s future sporting generations, captivated by the opportunity to see the famous Three Lions in their hometown. I am sure it will be an experience they never forget.”

The match will be the second time that King Power Stadium has had the honour of hosting the England senior men’s team, after providing the venue for a 2-1 friendly victory over Serbia & Montenegro in June 2003.

The Three Lions team was managed by former Leicester City boss Sven-Göran Eriksson that day and included a place for fellow former Fox and Club legend Emile Heskey in the starting XI for a victorious England, who also had then LCFC goalkeeper Ian Walker on the bench.

Former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard gave England the lead in the first half before Nenad Jestrović headed home an equaliser for the visitors. After the break however, it was Joe Cole who proved to be the match winner with an excellent free kick to make it 2-1.

Those wishing to attend England vs. Switzerland at King Power Stadium are urged to act quickly, with the fixture in high demand.

Interested parties can do so by visiting TheFA.com/Tickets, or by calling The FA ticket hotline on 0800 093 0824.

There is a strict limit of eight tickets per person during the public sale and a credit card may only be used once for public sale bookings. Any subsequent bookings made with the same credit card will be subject to cancellation without notification.

All tickets subject to availability and fees, and issued subject to the terms and conditions of The Football Association.
