He's right footed, I know he's done well in League One filling in at left hack but if you are going to play inverted wingers then it would be unusual to have inverted full backs too Haha. Having said that, perhaps it works better defensively given how most teams using inverted wingers. Was noticeable when Liverpool were playing Milner at left back, that quite often an inverted winger would try and cut inside against him, only to lose the ball, because they were attacking his stronger foot and he was more comfortable tackling in that position. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
