In your experience is this an exception or does this happen more often with players than gets reported, as you only ever seem to see stories about players excesses / vices rather than self improvement stories like this in the media? Yes it is good to see. He really does come over as a very decent and level headed young chap. You could certainly never question his work rate and efforts on the pitch. It's quite unusual to see this, especially in such a young player. Often the older professionals will do coaching badges, media / sport science degrees. Really impressed with his attitude. He also took time to send some thankful private messages on Instagram after he shared some of my Insta stories on his own feed. Not many do that. Seems a sound guy.

jeffschlupp 280 Report post Posted 23 August https://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=33398 Wilfred Ndidi is unlikely to add to his international caps when the Super Eagles face Ukraine in an international friendly next month and it has nothing to do with Leicester City refusing to release the midfielder to the Nigeria Football Federation. Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that the Leicester City number 25 played through the pain barrier as the Foxes were held to a 1-1 draw by Chelsea in the Premier League on August 18. After tests carried out by Leicester City medics, Ndidi has been diagnosed with a hamstring problem and could miss their next two matches against Sheffield United (Premier League) and Newcastle United (League Cup), but it is expected that he will be available for selection after the international break.
lcfc sheff 879 Report post Posted 23 August hope he can stay with us a long time - never many rumours about him leaving which is surprising, admittedly it is likely to do with his technical ability but that can certainly improve.

Wilfred and Kasper are perfect players for us. They consistently perform at a high level but have too many weaknesses in certain parts of their games for a club bigger than us to take a chance on them. Unfortunately the same can't be said for Ricardo or Maddison.
CollinsLCFC 663 Report post Posted 24 August Brilliant to see players with a good head on their shoulders, never just relying on the career they have now and preparing themself for a career post football.

Even Rodgers acknowledged it. It happens to the best teams. How many times has Vardy done exactly what Mount did?
