AyewJoking Posted 14 October 2019 Posted 14 October 2019 Would perhaps tarnish the leicester fairy tale just a tiny bit if he was to go and win trophies elsewhere. Has a long managerial CV, mostly meh apart from one magical season with little leicester.
Sionnach gorm Posted 15 October 2019 Posted 15 October 2019 What is surprising is, that people here still believe he’s a mediocre manager.

He has a way of playing, it is an ideology that he has not, or can not change. This happens to managers who can not evolve and continues to use the same methods that brought them success ten to fifteen years ago. Martin O'Niel is a great example of someone who in their time could put their ideas and man management skill into building a team. He continues to replicate this without success and now can not achieve the same level of success, as his methods no longer fits the contemporary player or the new managers evolution in respect of the way the game is now viewed.
